In response to the comment.
First of, I had a plummer come in to evaluate the plumbing issue and he told me that it was all screwed up and that the inspector should have took a note of that.
Second. You didn’t go above and beyond to accommodate anything, by giving me a 100 bucks really?
3rd. Just because there was a contract signed, it doesn’t automatically strips you of any responsibility for negligence, that cost me tons of money to repair.
4th. In the report that you had written, there was only 2 issues P trap and the squeaky floor, that were both fixed, prior to closing. I don’t know what «numerous problems you’re referring to.
5th. I will handle this accidingly.
