4.4.13 Update on Edition Suites I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company because of how shady they were and got my money back… Now fast forward 3 months I see a charge from Edition Suites on my credit card. They waited until the dispute was handled and then charged my credit card again!!! The credit card company had to issue me a new card. Again, DONOTRENTWITHTHISCOMPANY!

STAYFARAWAY! Owner WILLNOTANSWERTHEPHONEEVER! I have tried to contact them many many times and NOTHING! Even after I have already paid my balance in full like an idiot. I can’t even get directions or information on how to get keys. They are not a BBB member. They even ask you to lie about how many days you are staying there ‘if asked’!!! Again DONOT rent with this company. SHADY

Oh Edition Suites, you *REALLY* messed up!!! — - You left us stranded, with-out a place to stay less than 48 hours before we arrive in NYC. I must write a review on this company’s shadiness so others don’t experience what my husband and I did. We found Edition Suites via or — one of the vacation rental websites. They seemed legit, until they failed miserably at an opportunity to do the right thing. My husband booked the Yardbird( ) for our trip in NYC, all paid for and ready to go, then we get the following email from Kyle Jones saying ‘the apartment flooded, sorry, we’re processing your refund.‘ The entire next day my husband and I tried to connect with someone to see if they’d help us since the hotel they so kindly offered as an alternative solution was BOOKED solid. After reading the disclosures they emailed us with the contract it stated if anything goes wrong with a confirmed listing they will upgrade us to another, greater listing. But did they? NO — — and yes, we checked, they had multiple other(mind you, much swankier) listings available. Bottom line — they FAILEDTODOTHERIGHTTHING. No word back to this day.
