do not shop here. rude rude rude. I will never step foot in that store again. that lady was so rude I do not believe they can remain in business. the absolute opposite of how to treat a prospective customer. shocking how rude. I was in there for no more than three minutes before I was driven out by her obnoxious and shockingly rude attitude. seriously, it has been years since I have come across a merchant as horrible as this one, and she was able to accomplish this poisoning in less than 30 seconds! she must have a phD in rudeness from the University of Completely Unacceptable Behavior, Department of Snark.

Beware of this place. They will have you order too much and then won’t take any back.
I went in with very specific measurements of how much wall space I wanted to tile and asked them how much I needed. I never checked their math (shame on me). I figured I was dealing with experts. They had me order 30% more than I needed. You only need to order 10% more. I was told to order 10 boxes when, in reality, I only needed 8. When I asked them to take the 2 of my remaining 3 boxes left they said no. They tried blaming the over-​order on my contractor. They didn’t want to accept responsibility.
They also shipped the wrong marble window sill. My contractor knew exactly what I had ordered so he went back with the sill. They insisted they were right and gave him a very hard time. He persisted and they finally exchanged it for the correct one.
Go to any of the other marble and tile stores in the city. You will get better customer service and they won’t rip you off by having you order way more than you need or shipping what you didn’t order. Don’t shop here unless you want to end up with way too much and poor customer service.
