If I could give this company 0 stars I would! Don’t shop here! I ordered samples in December 2014, flash forward to March 2015 and I still hadn’t received my samples. Frustrated, I called and asked for a refund. The person that answered the phone tried to get me to keep the order but by that point why would I want to buy fabric from a company that takes a lifetime to ship samples and doesn’t even send follow up emails.
It gets worse!!! I’ve now requested the refund and waiting for it to appear in the PayPal account that I paid with. I get several emails from fabrics world usa telling me to «claim my money.» I click on the link sign into my paypal account and nothing. I call PayPal to find out what I am doing wrong and they say it’s a bogus email. Now I’m stressed out wondering if they have my card information and if they can access it.
Needless to say, I’m left without my 16 dollar refund and the stress of someone possibly having my information. I don’t even think this company is REAL!!! Stay away!!!
