Dorelle is the one! If you need a colonic lavage. Love her manner, technique and service. Four stars only because would love a less cramped and more updated facility. But it is clean and very private. Can’t get much better in NYC.

Got this $ 59 deal from Groupon in March 2012 — had to wait until October 2012 to use it. I was told that the place was booked until then. Fabiola was professional and friendly. I felt comfortable and in good hands under her care. The building is a professional looking buliding but their offices are kind of old(think recruiting agency with bad wooden floors and furniture from the last 90’s). The receptionist was pleasant. After my first experience, Fab wrote down instructions for the next 2 days and took a bottle of pills from a shelf full of pills to sell to me. I didn’t like that part. It would have been nice if she told me ahead of time that she was planning to sell me stuff after my behind was invaded. I felt like it was being invaded again when she did that. I would give my first experience 3 stars, the office 1.5 starts(it was old but clean) and the side hustle of pill pushing zero stars.

5 stars for Dorelle! The best colonics I’ve ever had. Unfortunately for me the prices went up. I missed Dorelle colonic. She takes her time and maximizes that hour by massaging your stomach, feet, lower back and gives you essential oils. She also adds chlorophyll and coffee in the water for maximum results!!! A colonic from her is a must!!!

I grabbed a Groupon deal thinking it would be a great opportunity to try a new hydrotherapist since I was in the market for one. However, their advertising and appointment scheduling is deceitful, to say the least. I called in today to schedule an appt. Before I even proceeded, they ask off the bat if I had a Groupon deal. I replied yes, as I did take advantage of their offer. The receptionist proceeded to explain to me that thee next availability would be in April. I simply did not believe it. To confirm my suspicion, I had a friend call to schedule an appointment shortly after I called. When he replied«No» that he did not have a Groupon or any other deals, their availability opened up all of a sudden. In fact, they invited him to come in the following day. He declined, as he handed me the phone and I explained to the same receptionist that told me there was no availability until April, that I uncovered their deceitful deal and practice. It’s bad business for an entity not to honor their own promotion or to put potential new clientele on the back burner. Now that I know that they are liars, there is no way I would trust them with something as delicate as a colonic. I informed the receptionist that I would be writing of my negative experience with appointment scheduling and that I would be reporting them to Groupon and doing a charge back. Personally, I don’t trust them and will never do business with them. I advise you, as a consumer, to proceed with caution when dealing with this establishment. Thumbs down!
