Located just off the luxe shopping mecca of Madison Avenue, FD specializes in rare vintage jewels by Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels, not to mention one-​of-​a-​kind pieces by a number of other highly collectible 20^th century designers. If modern design is more your speed, the boutique dedicates an entire case filled with breathtaking jewels by 21^st century masters such as Hemmerle, Viren Bhagat and JAR.
Fernando and Erin are highly knowledgeable about each and every piece and have always shared with me the newest arrivals whenever I’ve stopped by. If you get a chance to meet the shop’s owner, Fiona, you’ll immediately see her passion for jewelry and exquisite taste that is readily evident by the contents of her namesake store.
The beautifully-​appointed space is literally like a jewelry museum where everything is for sale. FD Gallery is a must stop for any jewelry lover and connoisseur, and is one of my favorite places to visit in New York City.
