This Fedex is clean and comfortable to work in. On a Friday evening a little before 5, there is only one customer here besides myself. Employees are friendly and offer their services with a smile. They’re not assisting now, so they converse with each other in low, polite tones. They have about ten computers to use and several print stations. Located in a central area, it’s good to know that I have this so close to the train station when I need to do work on the go.

If I could leave this location zero stars, I would. I called with a 45 minute window to get a document printed, since FedEx’s overnight shipping failed to arrive on time with materials for a business meeting. After sending the file in and not hearing back in 10 minutes, I called to check on it. They hadn’t received it, and they had complaints from other customers, so that email must be down. They told me to send it in online. I did that, and didn’t hear anything. I called back 5 minutes later to ask if they received it. They said they didn’t and that must be down. They received the file on my 3rd attempt with a new email address. By this time we had a 6 minute window of when they needed to be picked up. I asked if they could please just print it immediately. I got an attitude filled response that it would be within 30 minutes. I said the person picking them up was on the way right now, and then came the, «Well where is she?!». This is one of the *worst* customer service experiences I have ever had. I understand we were under an extreme timeframe, and the computer problems are not the employees fault. However, it’s your job to do everything you can to ensure your customers get what they need — on that front you failed. It’s also your job to treat your customers with respect, on that front you face planted.
