Fiber Seal

I have had this company Fiberseal my house years ago and it was the best investment, having 2 dogs who made a mess. You have to keep it up in a highly trafficked area, since it does wear out. The service is great. When I get a stain I cannot get out, they come and deal with it. I have now used them in my apartment and have had to call on them often all because of my dogs. They are helpful, friendly and they make every effort to come as soon as they can after I call for service. I can’t imagine what my carpet and upholstery would look like if they didn’t exist.

probably the most arrogant company that I have come across. I have used Fiber seal in other states and was quite pleased with their service… The salesperson of this franchisee gave us pricing and when 40% of the carpet could not be fiber sealed because it was unreachable the sales person reduced the price by 7% even though they could not fiber sale 40% of the carpet … When I called back to discuss the proposal she was unreachable and when I asked the receptionist who was the franchisee as the sales person was so arrogant she wound up hanging up on me and the sales person called back to say she did not want to do business with us because I was rude … So if you don’t mine being ripped off or dealing with rude people do business with this company because I would not … PS I understand customer service as I was the CEO and COB for a publically owned retail chain who understands the importance of treating a customer with respect and not thinking that customers are idiots
