They have merged with LTI Photo Lab( ), at 34⁄36 East 30th Street. I’ve worked with both(they had the same owner), and have always been impressed by their quality and professionalism. Fast turnaround, too.

Sign on door says they moved to 36 East 30th Street. I actually tried to trek over to the new location, but couldn’t find the place.

Flatiron is a small, professional film developer and printer specializing in an assortment of film development and printing methods. They can pretty much do anything with your negative(push it to 400 speed, for example), and they have a variety of printing options(computer and chemical, different sizes, different papers). If all you want is to develop your 35 mm color film and make prints, they’re a bit more expensive than Ritz or Wolf Cameras(like four bucks more on average), but they take care of your film, do a great job with the color timing, make great prints, and they’re always friendly, regardless of whether you are a novice or a pro. You can pretty much count on them to get your photos taken care of, though quick turnaround is a bit more expensive.
