Love this place! A great way to score some extra cash. Only wish I could get into more groups. I average one ever 3 – 4 months.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to make some extra money! The staff at this office is excellent and helps create a smooth process (after all of the preliminary stuff online/​on the phone).
I actually got out quicker than anticipated for both times I have gone but the facility is clean and comfortable.
Very convenient that you also get the gift card at the end! Hopefully I’ll be back for more focus groups!

I went to focus Pointe Global for a Marketing research on a certain topic, they pay you with a debit card. BEWARE! every time you use it, you get charged a fee of $ 3.00 making it impossible for you to take out your full balance. If you use a ATM they only let you take out a certain amout so you never really get what was promised to you if you participate in thier question and answer sessions. No I wont go again. Not worth my time.

Great way to earn extra cash and I loved the experience.
First and foremost, The call staff to call the screening/​confirming was horrendous. Most likely you are going to be on hold or be put on voice message. Luckily tho I got it in at the last couple of days before the appointment.
The building was clean and tidy .The study was also quicker than normal and I got it done no problem. Everyone there was professional and I had a great time .
Please note tho that the payment is not in cash, but rather a debit card that is ATM usable. They do not add your info into the card (for online purchases /​ATM usage) and the expiration date is pretty quick, but I am expecting they think you are going to take out the money rather than use the card full on so i think it is pretty understandable.
Overall:
Quick and fun study, The building was clean, everyone was professional at this station, and I earned easy cash out of the process. What killed a star was there call center and that they need to better upgrade their equipment in order to reach the clients. Besides that, Would do again and recommend just for the quick cash.
