This is my go-to sandwich and juice spot. The kale ginger, spinach, grape juice has grown on me. Almost a daily event. But that avocado egg and sausage sammich makes me float and gloat at work. Oh yes, my tummy is more satisfied than your tummy.

TERRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. I ordered some milk and ice cream(big night) 40 minutes later I called to check on it, they were extremely rude but said they said the guy had already left. 40 more min later I gave up and called to cancel the order, they were unapologetic and yelled at me until I hung up the phone. About 30 min later, a full 2 hours after I originally called the delivery man shows up and is furious when I tell him I already canceled my order

Dont order from here if you’re having it delivered. Waited more than an hour and a half and when I called to ask where it was they were rude and dismissive. Still waiting… we’ll see if it ever arrives. And I ordered at 430pm on a Sunday. Guess its a really busy time?

Freshy’s is my go to place for all things delivery. The service is quick, they have everything you need from fresh sandwiches to groceries to party supplies. Ronny, the man who has been delivering to my apartment is kind, quick, and efficient! He always keeps a smile on his face!

I read great reviews about this store from GrubHub, where you are even able to order grocery and pharmacy items to be delivered, along with your«fresh» food order. I ordered delivery for three soups(I was in the mood for soup and it was cold outside)! GrubHub said they would take 45 – 60 minutes. They showed up after 90 minutes and the delivery man gave me the strangest look and blurted incoherent words. I shrugged that encounter and went upstairs to check on the three soups. They were tiny cups(about $ 5 each). They were generously secured and wrapped in plastic wrap and accompanied by three large pieces of buttered bread, which were wrapped in aluminum foil. The sad part is that two out of the three soups were cold and watery(New England Clam Chowder and Cream of Mushroom). They did not look homemade at all. The Chicken Noodle soup was still warm with savory broth, plus did not disappoint. The chicken pieces were plentiful and the soup even included surprise green peas(not expected but tasted good). However, due to the long delivery time wait and sub par service, I will not be ordering from here again.

I’ve ordered from here several times since my first review. Usually just snack food, cookies, candy, chips, drinks. Everything has gone well until tonight when their lack of customer service TOTALLY pissed me off. A couple of times when I’ve ordered, someone very nice has called to tell they’re out of something I’ve ordered. It happens, right? They’re just a corner grocery and I understand it would be impossible to keep their Seamless listing up-to-date with their shelf stock. No problem. Tonight a man called to tell me they were out of the kind of cookies I’d ordered – the cookies I’d been craving and that were the main purpose I’d placed the order. He helpfully rattled off some other in-stock options, but nothing else hit the spot, so I said no, thank you so much, I appreciate it, but no. I was bummed, but what are you gonna do. Then he said«Ok, so you want me to just credit you the $ 11?»(they’re expensive cookies!) and I said«yes, thank you so much.» So he says, «Ok so actually now your order doesn’t meet the delivery minimum.» I was speechless. Finally I said«Well um, isn’t that your fault because you didn’t have my order in stock?» And he says«Yes ma’am I’m sorry but you know, the system won’t let it go through.» By this point I was shocked and mad and I just tried as civilly as possible to end the call, saying to please just cancel the order. He apologized again and we hung up. THESYSTEM??? It’s your system. You tell Seamless what YOU want the delivery minimum to be. And I’m sure the merchant can override it. I absolutely get that a business runs out of things. I completely get why businesses have delivery minimums. But I HATE when a business tries to make their mistake my problem.

This is a hard review for me to write. Freshy’s, conceptually, is brilliant. Who wouldn’t want to order ANYTHING, EVER??? Even a Christmas tree! The list is endless. Truly. My friends always say, «you gotta know what you’re gonna get before looking at their seamless page!» And they’re right. Because you are enveloped by the number of offerings. It is with this in mind that I regret to say that their deliveries are truly shocking. One time, they told me it would arrive in an hour and then it came at 4AM. Also, if they don’t have what you want, they give you something else without informing you! Like, surprise! Here’s a random assortment of things you didn’t order at a much later hour than you’d like them. Smh

I want to love freshy’s because our immediate neighborhood needs a place like this. However, a few things make it fall short. First, everything is marked up even for your standard bodega. Second, it really doesn’t offer much above the bodega across the corner which has been there forever. Third, the people who run it are slow. Fourth, even thought I live a block away, i’ve ordered on seamless and it is unbelievably slow(like 90 min +) and the prices are marked up by 50%+. So, it’s solid and offers fairly good products but you can probably get the same for most items for faster/less at nearby places.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered from them through Grubhub. The order took over two hours to arrive, the food arrived cold, very small portions, and the order was incorrect. I also called the place about 30 – 40 mins before the food arrived for an update. The person told me that the guy was on his way. It does not take 30 – 40 mins to travel 7 blocks to my location. The food is crap and extremely overpriced. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude as was the delivery guy. DONOTORDERFROMHERE. IT’S A SCAM. NOTWORTHYOURMONEY.

Freshy’s has changed my shopping habits in the hood. They fit so much in this tiny space, it’s insane. And then you get to the back and see their unreal beer selection! They even have their own bottled juices. I can’t really speak for the sandwiches yet. That’s not why I go there. It’s just a great spot to grab beer and organic groceries and stuff without having to go to Whole Foods or Garden of Eden.

This deli has everything. Everything. It’s my one stop shop if I need random things like ear plugs, a candy bar, baking soda, and paper towels at 2am. Also, home to the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. And the fresh juices! The delivery is fast too. I used to live 3 blocks away, now 15 — and I still order from them because they are that good and haul ass. I love calling because the guys are so nice and considerate over the phone. Always makes me smile. Love it!

I ordered from Freshy’s on Seamless and it was a great experience. My girlfriend and I had a craving for roast beef sandwiches and Freshy’s is where we decided to order from. The price was decent for the amount of meat on the sandwich. Both were good sized classic deli sandwiches that neither of us could finish. The delivery was fast and right on time. The delivery guy, I think his name was Reggie, was friendly and asked me to leave a review of the food and service so I obliged. I’ll be ordering from Freshy’s again soon.

Ordered from here last Tuesday(1÷5÷16). The Chicken in the Italiano panini gave me food poisoning. Had to take time off work. Probably don’t keep their meat at the correct temperature.

I just had a wonderful experience with this establishment and I had to write about it immediately. Not only was the sandwich I ordered fresh and delicious, the service was great. My order was delivered within the expected wait time which is always a plus. When the delivery man arrived, it took me a few minutes to get downstairs, but he was so patient and was ready with a smile on his face. I’m not sure what his name was, but he deserves a raise or a bonus or something. :) excellent food and service

Freshy’s is a great addition to the neighborhood, better than the surrounding delis and bodegas. There are so many options for healthy and delicious food and the staff is friendly.

The best new deli in town!!! Amazing product selection, great prices and most importantly a very friendly staff. I love going here for all my shopping needs especially for their wide range of beer selection. Check them out if you are in the neighborhood.

Though Freshy’s has only been opened for a couple of weeks, I wouldn’t my daily routine without it! First the store itself is great, and the products sold — organic, good-healthy food — could not be easily found in this area except from Wholefoods or other stores farther located. Second, the prices are really good and reasonable, even cheaper than some big stores for some products(items i’ve noticed are cheaper: milk for instance or Kashi cereals!). Also they accept the credit card for any amount! Third: the people owning the business, and working there are more than«nice», they know your name, ask about your siblings, care about how you’re doing. To be brief: i’ve found a sweet cosy deli, and I encourage everyone to come by!(try the fresh juices: they’re perfect!).
