I was bitten by a small dog (same breed as what I own, a doxie), when I bent down to pet it. I didn’t realize how bad the injury was until the plastic surgeon at the ER told me that I had a «serious wound.» Yup. Part of my lip was missing. I connected with the practice, and Charles Green spearheaded my case. Believe it or not, those bitten by dogs don’t have a lot of protection under the law. I didn’t have an open and close case, since my biter was not a pit bull. But perseverance won the day. Although the lip has healed, it will never be the same. My bottom lip line is forever altered, and I have frequent peeling of the affected area. Green maintained that I was deserving of a decent settlement, and I got it… despite the fact that the owner had no personal insurance. The office fielded my frequent phone calls with grace. I would definitely recommend them to folks seeking a lawyer to help with an accident.
