DO NOT USE! Horrible all the way around. I used a broker to move across the country and the broker sent these losers. The staff turnaround is constant, the computer is always broken, sometimes they act like they don’t speak English and once they have your stuff, it’s a wrap. I had them move and store for about 6 months. supposedly tightly inventoried and locked in a climate controlled environment. Right. When I got my stuff, all my candles had melted LOL and stuff that shouldn’t have been broken was broken. Who breaks a bicycle wheel. Where is my dresser mirror? How did all this stuff get broken when it was the movers who packed it? And to follow up with these clowns is a nightmare… they’re not open every work day, or they’re not answering the phone, or they claim it’s the wrong number if they’re not sure who’s calling. It’s taken me a MONTH before I finally just gave up and filed a claim… everyday it’s the same thing.“we’ll look into it and call you tomorrow” and then everyday it’s like it’s a brand new world. Bella was the worst employee and «Mohammad» is not much better. Shitty and horrible!
