The very model of a modern male milliner. (Say that 5 times fast). We men have so few accessories to play with, and hats are one of the most overlooked. Gallerie H takes the hat (and scarf) very seriously, and it shows in their fashionable, cute selection of head gear. It’s a small store, but the walls are piled high. Find everything here from ski hats, to fedoras, to knit baseball caps. Familiar brands like Kangol and Penguin, and many others you’ve never heard of. I’ve yet to find a fedora I can actually pull-​off, but this might be the place to find it. Here’s hoping!

Hat stores aren’t exactly common around the city, so it’s good to know Gallerie H exists. The store is pretty small, but has a fairly large selection of hats of all kinds, from the old-​fashioned to the sporty. The prices aren’t the cheapest (this is Chelsea after all…), but still reasonable. The staff is also quite friendly. I needed a new winter hat and found a nice one for $ 28… a little stiff but I’m happy with my purchase.
