Typically very clean and a helpful and friendly staff. Only downside of this branch is no book drop for after hours. If you can’t make it in on Saturday it’s tough to get to after work to return or pickup something.

The customer service here is excellent the staff will answer your questions and if they don’t know something they will look it up. library is also clean and organized. When someone gets out of order they are spoken to very professionally.

Neat, bright library. And quiet! I know, I know… school hasn’t started yet. But there were some small children about, but it seemed as if their noise was swallowed by the high ceilings. There are two floors and you have to go up stairs to get to the first level, so I don’t think it’s ADA compliant. That aside, it’s a nice, welcoming library. Just what every community needs.

I simply used this for an air conditioned space with internet. It met my wildest dreams on both counts. The tables were solid as well. Good, school-y wood chairs, solid and more comfortable than most cafes. I got an outlet(though it doesn’t look like there are too many). There are more books here than the Hamilton Grange Branch on 145th. Good for you, George Bruce. And, I got in a confrontation with a bitter Yankees fan trying to tell me Tampa is going to win the AL East and World Series. Whatever. Then she snored for 45 minutes. Viva public services!
