I meant to write this review a while ago.
The atmosphere in here was great. The two guys there were really laid back and it was a great experience working with them. I wanted a font they didn’t have so they went and got it for me. The shop is also just really nice.
I would definitely use this place again. The people who had 1-​star reviews must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

I needed a last minute shirt printed on Halloween Day and called various places around the city that didn’t answer/weren’t open.
Gifted answered right away and were patient in answering all the questions I had. They have a good selection of American Apparel shirts and printed my shirt right away. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes!

I called this place and Ivan who was very nice said they would ‘print me a shirt in a hour’ and when I came to get it another employee named Ed said they did not do it because I hadn’t already paid for it. It was never relayed that I had to come in and pay for the shirts before they started to work on them. So they were unable to do it that day. And they couldn’t do it the next day because they had personal obligations. So in this case I had ordered shirts for a bachelorette party and no one was able to wear them. What a shame. I told him this would be the case and Ed hung up on me.

The owner is beyond rude. I called before coming in and was assured over the phone they would be able to make 12 shirts for me for a bachlorette party. When I arrived to Gifted they informed me they were out of pink paper (which they use for the font) so decided I would go with another color and again he assured me he could have them done within 4 days. All of the sudden he says «sorry, I cannot do the shirts. I don’t have time». Extremely unfriendly and I am not sure how they are still in business. Seems like the owners opened this shop for their dead beat son to have a job. Hours are 1PM-​7PM, what a joke! I would suggest Custom Village in midtown super friendly.

Eric — the owner — is the MAN.
I called him with a horror story: I used Blue Cotton to order shirts from for a cancer charity event, and they didn’t come in on time! (Totally their fault.) Eric gave me an AWESOME product and an AWESOME price because it was for a great cause. I will be using GIFTED from now on for all of my t-​shirts!

I was here a few weeks ago. I needed two shirts made for an event the next day, but I couldn’t get to Gifted until after 6 pm (they close at 7 pm); Ivan, the sales associate/​t-​shirt maker extraordinaire, was busy helping a mom and her kids with shirts, but assured me that my shirts would get made, even if it was after closing. When it was my turn, Ivan was patient as I modified the design. He was very careful about the placement of the letters, which I greatly appreciated. He was also really funny! He kept me laughing with tons of jokes as he made my shirts — what a cool guy! My shirts came out perfectly! The next day, everyone was asking where our shirts came from! What a fantastic find! Gifted is a fantastic little shop and Ivan is the perfect ambassador for meticulous craftsmanship.

I was in a rush to get a t-​shirt created using an image on my computer and I needed it the same day. Gifted NYC came to my rescue with the amazing help from Ivan. From looking at their site, I was promised two things: 1) prompt, quality service; and 2) jokes. Ivan delivered on both fronts. He was meticulous with the details and kept me laughing the whole time. The shirt he helped me to create was top notch and it was a huge hit at the bachelor party that it was being used for. I would reccomend this place to anyone looking to get shirts done and would gladly use this affordable service again.

I LOOVVEEE Gifted! I always come here for my t-​shirt needs because they are super fast! The staff is awesome, friendly and helpful! I am extremely photoshop challenged and they sat down with me and really brought my design to life. I love that I am able to place my order over the phone or through email which is extremely convenient giving my time constraints.
I’d recommend bringing your own tee. it’s cheaper that way.

In contrast to what other reviewers have experienced with GiftedNYC, I was shown amazing service by Ed and his team. He responded quickly to my inquiry, went out of his way to procure a shirt (long sleev T) that he did not have in stock, and turned around my order in less than 24 hours.
Oh, yeah, then he delivered my shirts to my office, where they were waiting for me this morning.
As a business owner and entrepreneur myself, I was extremely appreciative that Ed went extra mile for me.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I needed a photo printed onto a t-​shirt quickly… after attempting to use those iron-​on photo transfers (what a mess, don’t try it!) I found Gifted, and emailed them a (horrible iPhone) photo of the design. They got right back to me with an estimate of the cost and when I could pick it up. Within a few hours they had cleaned the photo up and transferred it onto a nice cotton t — they did an amazing job! The store also has a selection of cotton clothing (like onesies for babies) — I’m going to make some unique gifts without spening a lot of money). A big thank you to Ed and his staff for being a great find.

I’ve had many shirt made at this place. From silly personalized tees for myself, gifts for friends, team shirts etc. They are willing to do a complete consultation before you commit to purchase. Ideas for design, text suggestions, and flexiblility with your schedule and budget.

F-​ing HORRIBLE!!! Called for a shirt and some pothead gave me the run around before demanding 3 figures for a shirt that’s a buck a letter. Plus, what kind of pothead company opens at 2 and no one is there at 3pm? SERIOUSLY?

Need a custom shirt quickly? Come to Gifted and they can make you one in as little as 15 minutes. I wanted a t-​shirt to surprise a friend. I looked online about getting one made, but couldn’t find a site that would make just one shirt. Most require a minimum of 6.
So I came here. They use American Apparel cotton tshirts. They charge by the letter. Also they have a bunch of cool tshirts they’ve designed in stock.
