I got a dark chocolate & strawberry crêpe. It was fair. Pretty good, but not excellent. I prefer my crepes crispier. I did like that they offered dark chocolate — not many places have it. My friend’s Nutella crêpe was jam packed with Nutella. After taking one bite, my mouth was glued shut! At least you know they don’t skimp! The Nutella hot chocolate was interesting — very hazel-nutty. Later, they gave us a free crêpe because they had messed up on an order. Score! Too bad we were only able to eat half of that as we were so stuffed! Service was excellent!

Had their daily special avocado egg Brie and scallion crêpe today. One of the best crepes I’ve ever had! Definitely will be coming back.

Came here with my girlfriend and friends for a quick lunch. The place was quite small so we had to combine two little tables for all of us. Three of us ordered the Nutella and Strawberry crêpe while my other friend had a Turkey and cheese panini. The service was mediocre but the food made up for it. The crepes were big and good enough to share with someone. Took about 10 minutes to get all of our food which is actually pretty good.

Worst place on seamless. There was a huge gross roach in my delivery bag(after it took an hour and 45 minutes), and when I called this insane guy with a heavy accent, he incoherently screamed at me, told me he didn’t have time for this and he would cancel my order, ignoring my attempt to explain I had my order and what was in it, and then hung up on me twice. Worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. This was the second time ordering and even though I had huge problems the first time, I ordered again hoping it was a one off. I am so grossed out that I ate food from a place that is obviously so mis-managed and in violation of health codes– ugh. Don’t risk your health or waste your time.

Awful. Crepes have no filling, the meager dulce de leche that I found was terrible, and it’s overpriced. Extra: When we we’re going my friend started feeling really bad(not because of the crêpe) and puked on the street, outside the store. The lady came out shouting that we had to clean it and that she was calling the police. Not cool.

The service is great. Crepes are delicious. Well done, you can pick white or brown wheat crepes. The two bad things are: the owner’s attitude and the smallness of the establishment.

«Wine bar» is an overstatement. This is a small, low key crêpe spot that’s good for grabbing lunch or dessert with a friend. It’s tiny and there’s a lot of white plastic. It’s not a date spot, not a place to go with a group, and kind of overpriced. I had the Nutella hot chocolate and it was delicious– it tasted like liquid Ferrero Rocher, with whipped cream on top. We also had a crêpe with dark chocolate and berries, which was good.(But how could it not be?) The free scoop of vanilla ice cream was a nice addition.

We ordered a crêpe with goat cheese, walnuts, and honey. The cheese was stale, and we never got the free ice cream that we were supposed to by checking in. We won’t be returning again, and don’t recommend you go either.

Good but not unique. It’s a little pricey but you get exactly what you’d expect, a tasty crêpe. I felt I was waiting for quite a while for my crêpe(about 15 minutes), despite being the only customer. There are so many great places within a block of Golden Crepes that I have a hard time recommending it to anyone.

Came here for a quick coffee and dessert after dinner with my boyfriend, and it was pretty good! I just got a dulce de leche crêpe with strawberries and bananas(8.75) and a coffee and hot chocolate. The crêpe is definitely big enough to share with another person and still feel full, so no need to get your own unless you really a) have a huge appetite or b) hate sharing. The hot chocolate was also really delicious, it was like Ferroro Rocher in liquid form! We went on a Friday night and it was pretty quiet and peaceful in there — not a bad place to go to for a late night dessert(never had their savory crepes, so I can’t speak for that!)

We came across Golden Crepes after walking for hours in the city and needed a place to warm up, treat ourselves to a snack and relax. We got tea and the nutella with banana and strawberry crepes, and it did not disappoint! The crepes were huge and were made(and tasted!) just like the crepes sold on the streets of Paris. The service was also very good. The place is small but it wasn’t crowded at the time I was there, but I could see it could get crowded very easily and not be as relaxing of a visit as it was for us.

The GF(buckwheat) crepes here are not very good. The chicken was over cooked and overall the crêpe just did not have any flavor. Glad I had them add pesto to make it a but more manageable. I ended up throwing out the crêpe after about 6 bites because it was that bad. The reason it gets two stars is because the people were very kind, and in sure their regular options are better.

I chose the Berry crêpe and my boyfriend had the Prosciutto and Brie. They were both delicious and we had the whole place to ourselves. Great service too. I’m definitely coming back next time I’m in NY.

This was a late night Unilocal find — we were the only ones in the restaurant. One may say — how can you go wrong with crepes, but trust me you can. These were of the good sort. I can’t comment on service, and you don’t go here for the ambiance — that of a tiny café with 4 tables squeezed together, but the crepes were quite good. I had the tomato-basil-mozzarella crêpe and my bf has the nutella crêpe. We both liked ours.

Solid Crepes, fine service and ambiance. I ordered a banana, strawberry, nutella dessert crêpe with a scoop of Vanilla ice cream. The crêpe was pretty good although nothing particularly special about it. They put a good amount of nutella and fruit inside which I liked. I also had a hot chocolate which was pretty good, but I like it stronger than they made it. I wouldn’t order the hot chocolate again. I ordered the scoop of ice cream on top for two reason. One, I think ice cream pairs well with crepes. It adds a light, refreshing aspect to the decadent dessert. Secondly, and more importantly, it was free. They had a promotion where if you check in on Unilocal you get a free scoop of Ice cream. When I showed them my deal the woman at the register turned to the guy making the crepes(maybe he’s the owner) and they said a few words to each other. She came off as a bit skeptical, and even annoyed that I was using the coupon but whatever. This is a small place so taking your crêpe to go might be your best bet. I wouldnt recommend it for large groups but I think you can call ahead and reserve a table if you want.

Don’t waste your time. Employees were super rude and told us we had to wait for 20 minutes — 1 hour. We asked them why so long and the Guy that worked there told us there were too many customers there. And they were backed up. There was less than 5 people there and tons of open seats. I asked him if him if he is backed up with orders he said yes. No they weren’t. I asked if I can order to go and still gave me the same BS reason and for me to wait more than 20 minutes. No clue why he told me that but it was upsetting considering i went all the way there just to get butter and sugar crêpe.

Very fresh ingredients. There were two people working here at midnight, so it wasn’t busy at all. The place is really small. The berries with chocolate and banana crêpe was really good.

Mm crepes are quite yummy! This is a good place to eat for anybody to blow off steam from work, school, any stress, worries, or bad feelings of any sort. In other words, you come here to #TREATYOSELF! For any true Unilocalers, check-in for a free scoop of icecream while the deal last. Dulce De Leche and White chocolate crepes are pretty delicious. The crepes are nice and light. Not overwhelmingly sweet and guarantee to warm your heart like a soft gentle hug. I prefer the dulce de leche because it’s not a typical spread you can eat everyday like chocolate, caramel, or nutella. But for all the chocolate lovers out there, go nuts with white chocolate, it’s pretty good. Some fruits can give it a nice balance like bananas or berries, bananas for more settle flavor and berries for a more«explosive» flavor.
