Perfect location to work. Standard nail salon located on the 2^nd floor. Nothing special. Very friendly staff who spoke decent English. Nice and quiet to if you come during a late lunch. Standard prices adjusted for being in the Times Square midtown area. I’ll mark this as a good fine.

I was desperate for a gel manicure and although I hate paying the «Times Square» area prices, I needed my nails down PRONTO. This place was located right near my job so the convenience was fab. Since it was a Tuesday I didn’t expect it to be too busy and decided to just walk over. The space is located on the second floor. There were only 2 other people getting manicures and one pedicure. I believe the owner was also the owner of another salon that was located next to Havana Central and has since closed down. When I sat down the manicurist let me know they were going to charge an extra $ 10 to remove my current gel manicure. I think $ 10 is outrageous but I had no choice and continued. They have a large selection of nail polish colors and gels. The woman who did my nails (Helen) was thorough and took her time making sure to get my nails looking just right. I was very satisfied. Again the price is a little much compared to what I pay in other places (Total of $ 48). I usually pay that amount for a gel manicure AND a pedicure. Also, I didnt get the complimentary shoulder massage most places give. Would come back but only if it was an emergency.

Space was super clean. There were a bunch of people working so no wait time. Got a neck massage, foot reflexology and fixed a few nails. Very nice and attentive. Price is what it is with a location in Times Square. I’ll be back.

Came here with two colleagues during our lunch break. We didn’t have an appointment and got manis and pedis. This place is reasonably priced, clean, and has a friendly staff.
We all walked away happy with the results. Would definitely come again.

I live in the area, so this is my go to place for a Mani-​Pedi. I have seen three women there in the last 2yrs. But of course I have my favorite. I am always pleased with the service and treatment I get here. The ladies are warm, friendly and very efficient. I get an amazing pedicure from Lee, she’s a pro when it comes to digging out the ingrown toenail, with minimal pain. Her gel Manicures are excellent too, and last the amount of time they are supposed to. .I’ve also seen Mimi and Cindy. Both are really good, Mimi i have seen if Lee isn’t there, she gives a really good manicure, and pedicure, but she’s not as experienced as Lee when it comes to digging out an ingrown toenail. Cindy gives a decent pedicure as well, and her manicures are perfect. Overall I have no complaints about this salon or the prices. I usually get the aromatherapy pedicure, which includes the aromatherapy soak, the pedicure, scrub on the foot and legs and a leg and foot massage. Then I get a gel manicure, and a back massage. Lee of course is my favorite for all of these services. I’m scheduled to see her today. I personally think it’s been worth the money, after all I’m pampering myself. Also this is the Times Square area, so prices will be more expensive, especially since the owner pays expensive rent. Times Square is an expensive place to live, and own a business.

This is the worst manicure I have gotten in the past 12 months. They charged me more than the listed price. The polish is spotty and doesn’t fully cover the nail. The top coat has bubbles. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Love this place. Stumbled upon it while looking for a foot massage place near our hotel. We ended up with foot massage for my husband and a pedi and mani with foot massage for myself. The ladies were so polite and went above and beyond. We will be back for our next trip to NY!

Not the best experience at this nail salon, but I was in a bind and they were able to take me without a wait. My gel manicure felt pretty rushed… I was done in 30 minutes. I get my nails done often and am a cosmetologist so I kinda know the business — had to ask her to refile/​shape my nails because they were not even shaped the same!
I was excited when I realized I was being serviced by the owner, but it didn’t really prove to be that beneficial.
Not the cleanest place either, but a convenient location in comparison to Times Square. I should’ve known the prices would’ve been as high as they were for that location — $ 38 for my gel manicure. I won’t be back.

Sunny is a genius. I JUST noticed that while she made my nails square as they usually are and I like, she ever so slightly brought in the edges on an angle so they won’t catch on things and break as easily.
And they haven’t! Thank you Sunny!

Just had my first mani here and will likely come back again since its very close to where i work. No fuss, comfortable, nice employees. My gel mani was fast and the lady i had, marie, was very attentive and thorough. Did a great clean job. Lets see how long it’ll last me!

I’m amazed still that a nail place in Manhattan is often more easily located than even a Starbucks! With an on-​air appearance happening in 45m, they got me in and out quickly with a great simple mani that lasted well over a week!

The place was clean and the ladies were fine but the cost for what they do was not appreciated. I am from Texas and have great expectations for the cost $ 55 for a Shellac pedicure and $ 35 for a shellac manicure — astronomical! I wouldn’t have minded the cost if I was getting a great massage.
In addition the ladies asked me for 20% tip even though they had already gouged me. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on cost.
NY is too expensive!

Came here on a lunch break to get a gel manicure. The woman who helped me took me right away, was very nice and did a good (though not exceptional) job. The place is neat on the inside and overall an enjoyable experience.

I stopped in for a manicure and pedicure during a visit to NYC as it was conveniently located near my hotel. The salon was very clean, all of the tools were sanitized and the staff was friendly and attentive. I arrived 30 minutes prior to closing and was not rushed.
The basic prices were reasonable (less than I find in the Boston area) and the add-​on service options were clearly noted as extra charges. They made sure I was aware of these extras prior to completing the service and wrote them clearly on the slip. While «extra fees» can feel expensive, I appreciate the option as I don’t always need the extras that many salons include in their higher priced «basic» service.
The massage chairs work wonders on a tired back and stressed shoulders.
I will visit again during my next trip to the city!

don’t go here! This is about GEL MANICURE REMOVAL PRICES!
I don’t usually give negative reviews but this time i have to because they aren’t being honest.
I work around the corner so i go here for my nails during my lunch break once a month or so. A few weeks ago, i went on vacation so I had my gel manicure done. Today, I went in there, to get the gel remove and to get regular mani. So i picked out the color, sat down and as soon as she was about to rubbed off my gel with alcohol, i told her its gel. and this was the conversation:
She: «Oh, do you want to get gel again?»
Me: «No, regular is fine»
She: «Then, it will be $ 10 extra to remove»
Me: «No way, i usually pay $ 5 to remove. where’s the price menu»
She: «oh this is the normal price»
Then i just decided to leave this place and never want to come back again. I just don’t like the fact that they aren’t honest with the prices.
There are plenty of nail places around and this is just an ordinary place, nothing special anyways.

I personally had a horrible experience. I get there and the women were so pushy. I even felt that on top of that dishonest. I asked for a pedicure and they charged me for a pedicure with extra amenities without my knowledge. But, what I was I going to do after they had already provided the service? I do not recommend this location due to the dishonesty of the staff. Especially when the job is mediocre and overpriced, another location would be more fitting. I will not return here again.

It’s been almost a week and my manicure is intact.
The ladies are nice here, and quality of service for the price ($ 12) is reasonable. I was in and out really quick because I was in a time crunch, but as you can see, the quality did not suffer.
The salon is upstairs, and it’s a no-​frills salon. Don’t expect to come here expecting some QT and pampering– you will get quality service that is also speedy.

I stopped by this place the other day when I had a hankering for a manicure. I walked in and was told it was cash only, which I was fine with and I figured it probably would be anyways, so I just ran down to an ATM and came back. I was seated right away. I didn’t get my manicurists name, but she was very sweet.
Overall, the manicure itself was fine. Pretty standard and included a nice hand massage. Nothing to rave about, but she did a decent job. I’m on day three right now, and no chips yet, so far so good right? It was decently priced. $ 12 plus tip.
I’ll probably try other places in the future since nothing about my experience screamed «MUST COME BACK», but everyone was very nice. Based on the actual manicure, I’d say my rating is probably closer to 3 – 3.5 stars, but I bumped it up because everyone was so nice. I wouldn’t be averse to trying another service again in the future, should I be in the area.

Golden Time Sq. Nails is upstairs. You look up in the window and will see a Barber shop, its behind that. Don’t worry it is not «in» the barber shop, it is behind it upstairs. Very clean nail salon. 8 – 10 spots for nails in the front and then a row of chairs for your feet in the back.
Pedicure: $ 26.50
Manicure: $ 12 – 14
Mani/​Pedi: $ 40
Yikes! Well in midtown you pay up the $$ to get a little TLC on your toes. With that said the pedicure was great, my nails look awesome, the lady used all kinds of lotions, a sea scrub for my legs, a nice massage on my feet and legs. The massage chairs were good, small but good selection of slutty mags. I walked right in and got served, no wait.
Over all a great spot for some lunch time pamper.
