Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! Apparently only one girl works with customer relations and she informs you of that(as if it’s an excuse) with every email when she gets back to you days later. Don’t bother calling 1−877… No one answers. I did a return and there is no return information on their website– no address to ship it to, no return documents. When I reached out to the lady she gave me the info– of course I was obligated to pay return shipping(I suggest finding a company that provides that). It has been FIVEWEEKS since they RECEIVED my package and no refund still. Every person I’ve spoken to explains that they are a small company, bla bla bla… If they can’t handle the workload then hire more people!!! Don’t be on Oprahs Favorite Things if you can’t ship an order on time! I placed my original order December 5th. It arrived Dec 291th… No it was not backordered and was estimated to arrive Dec 15. Get it together Hampton Forge! I returned the knives because the quality wasn’t good. Still waiting on my money back.

I love the company’s products. Great style for a fair price. But even more than that, the customer service is beyond compare. Patricia Greta, the Domestic & International Consumer Service Mgr., bent over backwards to help me get what I needed, spending her own time on it, and following up personally days later. She even sent me a personal email to let me know the status of my request. I’m bowled over by how great an experience I had with this corporation.
