The Worst Dentist Practice in the neighborhood!!!
If I can give 0 starts to this practice I would. Not only are they unprofessional but once you try to communicate with them they would demonstrate the lack of customer service skills. In the other hand I do see where they get their working ethics as the dentist Jonathan Marcus portrays the same if not worst behavior. They would never follow up on any request given or even try to show some empathy. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy. They truly run a Shady place that takes advantage of those that can’t fend for themselves. It’s sickening the thought that this place gets away with running so many frauds and I end it with that. I have been attending this clinic for years now. It has not change much since i was a little girl. The wait time can be anywhere between 40 minutes and 3 hours. Making appointment at this clinic is useless you get seen based on your arrival time. The medical assistant are always talking and seem to be doing everything else instead of working into preparing the patients to see the doctor. I want to share one particular experience with one of the medical assistant there, i was given a survey by her to see if i had any sign of depression which i did since i have been battling depression for years since i answer yes to having depression she got very annoyed because many other question associated with depression follow and it seem like it took a lot of her time. She then said «you should have said no to being depressed that way they did not ask you all these questions «. What I’m trying to say here is that SOME of these medical assistant need to change the way they treat and talk to patients.
Now lets move on to the doctors which is what we are all interested about. I have seen myself with 3 different doctors including a dentist over the years. Lets start with the dentist his name is Dr. Marcus every time you go to see him you cant help not to laugh he makes your dentist experience so much better. He is very good at doing dental clean ups, filling up cavities and doing canals. Now, my favorite Dr. Gupta, what a smart women who sincerely cares about improving your health. This women takes her time to really understand whats wrong with you. She looks at your past records every visit to see if theres anything she might be overlooking to make sure shes giving you accurate diagnosis. One time she notice i lost 15 pounds in like 3 months she then told me how proud she was of me in my decision in becoming a healthier individual this comment really changed my motivations towards achieving a better health. She is mainly Involved with caring for children under the age of 17 even though i like seeing myself with her and i am an adult. Finally the famous Dr. Haque, see him if your really are concern with your health he has the most experience in this clinic. He is a much older men so he tends to have a assistance helping him most of the time so if you comfortable with two people in the room then go for it.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place! Not only is it a shady establishment, but it is filthy and extremely unsanitary. When you visit a doctor’s office you expect to be treated in a courteous manner, but these women are rude and unprofessional. They wouldn’t even allow me to speak with the doctor or ask him a simple question. And when asked for some sort of contact information I was given a general email without a reputable domain. STAY AWAY!!!
