If I can give zero stars this place I would have never been to worse health center. The longest wait of ever had in the least amount of communication. Do not go here.

Absolute worst health center. Every time I have been there, they’ve given me a different doctor for my annuals. Apparently all the other ones left? They are also not good at reading charts or communicating information. I go for my annual every January. When I went a year ago, they told me that I actually only needed the exam every two years… after I waiting for 4 hours to see the doctor. Total waste of my time. Why did no one call me? So I went this year, and have had issues getting refils on my prescriptions at least 3 times now. Every time they tell me I need to come in for the exam first… LOOK AT MY CHART. I WAS THERE IN JANUARY!!! The absolute worst. I know they are only open because the community needs a health center but they suck.
After I get this final prescription filled (and hopefully that doesn’t take too much longer… it’s been a week already), I’m finding another place and another doctor.

This is the absolute worse place ever. The wait to see the nurse is long. Then you have to wait to see the doctor. Incredible. I went there the other day to pick up a physical form for work (they called me the day before to say it was ready). When I got there, no one could find it. I had to wait an hour to get the paper and that made me late for work (which is only 5 blocks away). Mark my word, I will never go to this place again. If I have to go downtown, then I will from now on.
