This is a great school. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Takeuchi Shihan is very humble and teaches you at your pace. He is very patient and supportive and teaches you to learn self-​defense for practical real-​life purposes. I like how he gives each student as much individual as well as group attention as he can. Everyone helps one another. This is a very intense hardcore workout, yet, fun and interesting. I strongly recommend Hiko Ryu Taijutsu!

This is a wonderful art form, practical and precise with a worthy history. Takeuchi Shihan himself is a very patient and supportive teacher, professional and very capable. I strongly recommend this style and teacher for anyone new or experienced.
