I had to do some fabric shopping to make my Vietnamese wedding dress, and of all the places in this district I looked through, this place has the best selection of brocade silks and lace. I found the perfect brocade and lace I needed, and my tailor was impressed with the quality and price of the product I got.
This unassuming fabric shop is run by those of the South Asian continent, so they were more accommodating with negotiations. I got my lace for a steal!
