Astonishing event ! When you are at a whiskey tasting and your name appears digitally on the table screen you know that this is going to be an amazing event. Bf, friends and I signed up for a 6pm event on a Monday night. Unfortunately, the MTA was not on my side that evening causing me to arrive 10 mins late to the event. Luckily, we were able to still partake in the event but had to wait in line for abt 30 mins until the next group of people could enter. So my biggest tip is to get here early! You want to enter asap and be able to enjoy the entire event, which lasts for about 3hrs.
The night began with us having a personal intro whiskey session which is where the digital tables are placed. Quite fantastic! When you check-​in they ask whether you would like to have the full Johnny Walker experience by adding your fb. You don’t have to and you don’t miss much if you say no, but during this time you get to use the digital table to update your fb as you move along the event. Pretty cool.
Once the session ended we got to taste different Johnny Walker Whiskey’s by using our card to scan into the diff. stations to receive our 3 complimentary drinks. The drinks are not tiny and you will truly get to experience and learn about this whiskey. You get to hang out and mingle and enjoy all of this for free. (complimentary coat check is also offered). Not much more for me to say but to just go!!!

Great event. If you enjoy JW but you’ve never been to their events, sign yourself up on their mailing list and thank me later. You will not regret it.
Johnny Walker stations, Passed h’or d’ouerves, tastings, a led musical tasting of the JW Blue along with historical tidbits and other goodies made the trek to 10^th Avenue totally worth it. See you at the next event— where they may unleash JW green. Cheers!

OMG! What an insane upgrade to the last time I attended this pop-​up event two years ago in SoHo. I was wowed by the amazing technology they are using now. When you check-​in you will receive a magnet key. You and your group will be huddled into a room, lights will dim, place your magnet key on the scanner before you and voila. The magic begins.
The Johnny Walker spokesperson (forgot his name) will guide you through a 30 minute whiskey tasting session which was really cool. Our names popped up on the huge digital table in front of us. It was very very cool. Props to the lighting/​design person who put this together. As they describe the different flavors and aromas the lighting changes accordingly. Loved the unique concept.
After the session is over, the real fun begins. They had four stations set up for different types of Johnny Walker whiskey (including Blue Label). We spent almost 3 hours there. The drinks were very strong and the finale was awesome! The Blue Label tasting was hosted by the brand ambassador with a one-​man orchestra. It was kinda funny and definitely something I’ve never experienced before. Amazing venue! Amazing Event!
FYI, if you sign up for their mailing list on the website you will get emails for the events. Do your research! This is definitely something to attend and reservations fill up very fast.
