Human Resources Administration HRA/DSS

On August 28, 15. I apply for emergency food stamps because i am out work due to a broken wrist. I am a City Worker which mean I pay taxes and been paying for 39years. I received a response letter the from HRA 9÷6÷15. I opened the letter and stated that i have a interview 9÷1÷15. On 9÷8÷15 i received a second notice stating that i missed my interview and my application has been denied. I went to HRA to state my case, the supervisor spoke to me like i was the shit on the bottom of her shoe, I wanted to give her a piece of my mind, but i am professional. Most of the HRA worker treat customers like they are NOT human. Everybody that comes through them doors are not bad people which I’m not one of them. HRA Commissioner should sent the worker for training on etiquette on CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

Possibly the worst customer service imaginable. Plus 0.5 stars for the new self-​service machines, but what’s the point of having these if the amount of customer service workers for other issues has not increased at all? The wait time is horrendous, and a lot of the workers here are barely knowledgeable, or give a terrible solution to your problem. There was one exceptional lady who knew what she was doing this one time, so plus 0.5 stars for that. Try to get all your shit done here at once, so you don’t have to face the nightmare of waiting up to an hour each visit. This is probably my tenth visit here, and the only things I really like about this place are the bathroom soap and the air conditioning.
