I had never seen a chiropractor before I was treated by Dr. Simakokofsky due to fear. I was afraid to get adjustments because of the sound of cracking bones and I always thought it was painful. He explained that it is not painful and in fact I will notice a big relief in my pain. He was right it is not painful at all and my pain has much improved even after my first adjustment. I actually looking forward to getting adjustments now.
