Very professional and approachable company, led by President Maria Vizzi, who answers the company phone and is very charming. Biff and Nelson, the 2 representatives who came over to clean out our dryer vent, were equally friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They wore booties and made very little mess, coming in and out in under 30 min. Fair pricing too.

I Have been one of their suppliers for vehicles that they use to get the job done. I have to say I have found the management to be the friendliest and very caring of both the work and the most efficient and cost effective way to get it done. That not only suits you as the customer but them as well in feeling they have done a job to be proud of from start to finish.

After a dreadful allergy season, I began searching for solutions to improve the air quality in my home and stumbled upon IES. I am always a bit apprehensive about allowing people into my home, so I did quite a bit of research beforehand. The company is family owned and operated by a very sweet couple. Their workers (who they consider part of the family) have been with the company for many years. This was a huge selling point for me as most of the other companies I researched outsource their work to third-​party companies/​workers so you don’t really know who is coming into your home.
After speaking with a customer service representative, I decided to schedule to have both my air ducts and dryer cleaned. The customer service representative was very informative and patient despite my plethora of questions. Their pricing was very competitive with other companies I phoned.
The IES technicians arrived at my house on time and were very friendly and respectful of my home. I was shocked to see the amount of lint they pulled out of my dryer! I didn’t realize how dangerous lint could be! The technicians left and cleaned up their work area. I noticed a difference in my dryer immediately; within a week, I began to notice a difference in the air quality in my home. I honestly feel that I can breathe easier after having the dust and debris removed. I will definitely include this service as part of my home’s annual upkeep and will be recommending IES to my family and friends.

My clothes were taking forever to dry and after some research I looked into cleaning my dryer vents. My wife and I decided to hire this company right off the bat by their professionalism and knowledge in properly cleaning my filthy vents. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
