IntiGalaxy Productions

This review is for the services I’ve used at the facility, so I’ll break it down in 2 parts.
1. Music production: I had the opportunity to record some drums with Inti as both engineer and producer. All over the NY area you can find people who are extremely talented, professional, dedicated and hard working, but what makes IntiGalaxy a true gem is that you can find all these qualities in one person ALONG with a very personable attitude and a great way of communicating ideas and suggestions during the production and recording process which I feel is key to keep a session creative and inspiring. The ego that usually accompanies a musician/​producer/​engineer of his level is simply not present in Inti Maldonado.
2. Rehearsal space: Whether I am practicing drums by myself or with the full band I always feel comfortable in these rooms. The acoustics and equipment are great and allow you to play loudly while still hearing everything that is going on with the band. Both, the rehearsal and control rooms, have a nice clean ambience to them which is a great change from the usual dirty-​hole-​in-​the wall feel you get in most rehearsal spaces ;)
The drums have the standard cymbals, snare drums and pedals but bring your own if you prefer.

Working with Inti has been an amazing experience, he has the uncanny ability of bringing out the best of you, he has helped me find my musical style with every single production, and is always striving for more. I’m very grateful for having him as my producer.

Just the perfect place, great sound, great location, parking available, and most of all the best producer to work with, what else can you ask for. So happy to work with Inti and looking forward to be at the studio again. :)
