iPaint and Contract, Inc

It is always a pleasure working with iPaint and Contract. The exterior paint job they did on my home turned out beautifully. Their carpenters replaced all the rotten moldings and completed epoxy repairs as needed when replacement was not an option. I was so pleased with the work that I called them back to paint the interior as well. Again, they did a fantastic job: neat, clean and professional. We talked about what was to be done and I was given a detailed estimate, an overview of the work and the timeframe for the project. The crew was punctual, neat and clean, and kept me updated on what they were doing each day. The work was done in a flawless manner and I really feel that I got my money’s worth. I will use them over and over again. I can’t say enough about Nick and his dependable team of painters and carpenters! Update: I recommended iPaint to a friend and they installed crown molding in his dining room. It looks really great!

Full disclosure: I’ve known Nick for 30 years. His father did work for my parents. And he’s still the only contractor I’d go to. My criteria are: good work, reliability and trustworthiness. And that’s what you get: the work is finished on time and on budget; they show up when they say they’re going to show up, you can trust them with whatever you leave behind, and the work is great. And if you’re a single female: you get treated with respect and walked through the process. Nick’s team is polite, neat and professional.
Update: Four years later, and Nick’s team have incorporated more technology using iPads to record tasks lists and pictures. The painting is seriously impeccable with extensive prep work to fix walls and other damage so I use them for the stuff I care about like woodwork and all public spaces. They also did some carpentry repairing rotten rails and platform on a deck. The power washing was great. And also, for those of you less handy, the team fixed cabinet doors that weren’t hanging right and drawers that didn’t close. Really a pleasure to work with.
