At this location, I saw Dr. Joseph Larsen and Dr. Paul Betschart who were decent doctors, but the office has terrible organization. On my first visit was fitted for orthotics (insoles for shoes), paid $ 500, and told to expect them in about four weeks. Fourteen weeks later I still hadn’t heard anything so I called the office and was told to set up an appointment. When I got to the office they had no idea where my insoles were, but they were sure it was a problem with the lab, and would call the lab and let me know. After not hearing an update, I finally got the number of the lab they used, and in 2 minutes found out from the lab that the doctors office had not sent my order to the lab.
Avoid unless you want to deal with multiple appointments, long waits, and poor communication.
