do not rent from these horrid lying scumbags.
they are impossible to get in touch with.
they lie about late rent charges.
they are disorganized.
they are rude.

This is the worst management company in New York City. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
In particular, they have BED BUGS IN ALL OF THEIR BUILDINGS, ESPECIALLY 259 BLEECKER STREET!!!
In addition, the apartments they rent out are terrible. They are typically filthy, ridden with rats and cockroaches.
Not to mention they allow homeless to enter in and out of their buildings.
The management people are not helpful, very misleading, and duplicitous.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
