Came in for a large orange carrot juice and walked out with that and some papaya. This morning there was a slight wait. The man on register was a little hard of hearing. Overall, great local small business juicing for the people who work in the area. The juice and fruit were fresh.

I’d also recommend a pm wheatgrass shot. They give you a little piece of pineapple as a «chaser».

#NeverAgain $ 10 for a smoothie I almost threw out it was so bad. Lady put protein in my smoothie and I didnt even ask. I get to the register, and they say exta cash for protein, even though I didnt even ask for it. Weird.

Haven’t been here since summer of ’14, used to go more but very impressed by their quality ingredients(especially berries, melons an exotic fruits) terrific mixes possible– i loved watermelon, cantaloupe and papaya– sweet, refreshing and actually low in sugar

This place did seem expensive at first but when I ordered juice drinks at other places I realized they cost pretty much the same. Staff is always very friendly here and service is super-fast. Plus they can make you any kind of customized version of anything you want … very consistent service and smoothies /juices! Definitely has become a regular stop of mine …

I decided to get fresh squeezed juice after work. Although it is a small place, the selection of fresh fruits and veggies was amazing, despite the fact that it was after 7 pm. The only downside is the prices they charge! $ 9.70 for a large. This is not Jamba Juice. I will consider ordering a small cup next time.

Wanted a smoothie so we stopped by this place. Honestly if I could give it zero stars, I would. Pretty sure one of the most essential parts of a smoothie is the ICE!?! It was like a vomit smoothie. That’s exactly what it was. Imagine someone chewing up all the fruit and then spitting it back in the cup and then giving it to you. We paid 8 bucks for fruit vomit. No, they did not run out of ice. There was plenty of ice sitting around and ice chilling their fruit cups. My friend couldn’t even drink her order. She threw hers in the trash can as I struggled to drink mine. Gagged at every sip until I just gave up too. One star because the fruit here looks fresh at least. Try anything but the smoothie. Seriously. Or tell them to put some freaking ice in the smoothie. Ice is like the essence of a smoothie is it not???

I came here since I was in desperate need of a green juice. The place was pretty clean and they had a lot of different veggies and fruits and all looked very fresh. I got my juice really fast the only reason I didn’t give it better rating is because I found it really expensive. I paid over $ 8 for a medium size juice with 3 ingredients.

I walked by this establishment every day for almost a year. With my increased interest in juicing, I finally decided to give this place a try. In full disclosure, the green juice was fresh and tasty. But, it is far too EXPENSIVE! A tiny cup is $ 5, a medium is $ 8, and a large is $ 9. This is not even inclusive of tax and will burn a hole in your wallet quickly. I have decided to migrate to the juice cart nearby, where I can get 24 oz of fresh juice for $ 5.

I’ve walked past Juice Bar Plus, literally thousands of times and never gone in, until today. I’m a sucker for good soup, and during the winter, they have it. Stands to reason that people drink a lot less juice/smoothies when it’s cold out, so I understand the decision. What I don’t understand is why the soup is A. expensive and B. boring The combination is a bad one. I’m going to hazard a guess and say that they don’t make it in house. Granted with the juices they do, and that’s great, but the soup has the blandness of a bag that’s been in a fridge for awhile. Very disappointing. The people are nice, the place smells really good, I appreciate independent vendors in a part of town where there keep being less and less of them, but I really can’t recommend this place to anybody for their soup.

Yes a bit expensive but totally worth it. They make a juice exactly how I like it… spinach, celery, cucumber, apple, lemon, ginger. I’ve been there 20+ times and never had a problem.

The produce is not organic, but the prices are like you’re paying for organic food. There’s a place a block away called Health Nuts. Slow service but the prices are reasonable and the juices are made from organic fruits and veggies.

This place is RIDICULOUSLY overpriced…$ 5 for a small juice — and the small is TINY. Not worth it at all.

Really?! Why is it so gosh darn expensive?! I mean, you can’t go wrong squeezing vegetables and fruits to make juice, so it’s as good as it can get. But $ 4 for a tiny cup and $ 8 for a medium. ridonks!

Worst experience at a juice place ever! Ended up paying like $ 12.50 for a large juice which turned out to be undrinkable. He used coconut pieces that ended up being blended into an awful chunky pulp. Even if the juice was good, the prices are completely outrageous.

As a huge fresh-pressed juice person, I can’t say anything negative about this place given that they make solid fresh juices. You can choose from the wide array of options on the menu or make your own. On my second visit here, I was happy to see that the shop owner got a helping hand because the wait is not as long and he doesn’t seem as stressed out!

Too expensive! i.e. all I can write about this place. I dislike writing bad reviews for lesser known places but will have to make an exception for this one. So I was dying of heat on the first day of summer on Monday this week and wanted to try Jamba Juice at Bryant Park. The queue there was more thickly populated than many countries in the world. Alternatively, I thought about trying this place instead as I was in the neighborhood for a meeting. I ordered a small pineapple and banana smoothie. It was def. small. It was the size of small coffee that the carts sell for $ 1. Ok i.e. an unfair comparison but I was very disappointed to pay $ 4 for only two gulps of a smoothie? There was no ice as there was no space in the glass for putting the ice. I know that its on the E 44th street but that doesn’t give anybody the license for a highway robbery. I am def not going back again ever.

solid juice bar. fruits and vegetables are always fresh, soups are always tasty, ANNNNDDDD they have non-fat/sugar free vanilla fro-yo. extra points = friendly staff. the downside = prices are a bit high.
