Kamlet David A MD PC

I have no doubt this guy knows what he’s doing but his bedside manner is just terrible. I’m a stickler for that so I just cannot give him a very positive review. His sensitivity and humanity was lacking and it doesn’t even seem to cross his mind that he’s rude and aggressive at times. Maybe you won’t experience this side of him but all I know is that was enough to keep me from going back to him.

My favorite doctor I’ve ever been to. He’s been treating me for my sometimes severe allergies for a few years now and he couldn’t be more detail oriented and thoughtful with prescribing medications and diagnosing me. I’ve recommended him to many of my friends and family

A fabulous physician I literally trust with my life. I moved from NYC to a town 4 hrs north two yrs ago — and still drive in twice a year to be examined and followed up by him. Referred several friends, all of whom were very happy. Dr Kamlet is a very caring but serious guy who I’d guess does not burn much time dancing around fools, but if you’re a normal person, you’ll get top-​notch care from him.

I’ve only been a patient of Dr Kamlet for about a month, but so far it’s been good: prompt responses from his administrative staff, on-​time appointments (ie. not much time spent in the waiting room), a referral to a very good surgeon.

I love Dr Kamlet and send all of my friends and family to him. I have used him for over a decade now and can not recommend him highly enough. I trust him with my life.

i was very disappointed by the way he communicated with me. he was condescending to me when i initially described my symptoms and he made me feel bad about visiting the clinic. like he had no time for patients with a cold. he presented himself as an expert on every medical issues. but ironically because he was a poor listener he misdiagnosed me. my shortness of breath was not from asthma but acid reflux. he made me buy an inhaler and antihistamine that didnt improve my symptoms. i did my own research and found out that it could be caused by my pre existing acid reflux disease. a few pills and elevated sleeping cured it. unless he changes his arrogant style i cannot recommend him to anyone.

Extremely unhappy with the treatment and service I received from this doctor. He has over an hour late to my appointment and never resolved my complaint, which was a pain on the bottom of my right foot. He picked and poked at it with a needle for an hour but to my dismay, it turned into a huge throbbing wart a few weeks later. Of course, I’m not sure if it was a wart to begin with or whether the open wound was prone to infection and turned into a wart later on. Despite this, I wrote him a letter telling him that it is not my duty to pay the $ 150 that I owe him. He sent me straight to the collections agency without even a response. This is unprofessional as a medical practitioner not owning up to mistreatment and misdiagnosis. When services are NOT complete, there is no debt owed. It’s as simple as that. It’s like when I pay to get my plumbing fixed and the plumber isn’t able to fix it. I shouldn’t owe him anything except for a minor visiting fee for his time. Seriously, the entire medical system is an entire joke and Dr. Kamlet is no different. He can take his highly-​regarded West Caribbean medical «degree» and throw it out the window. Not recommended.
