Kenneth Francis-Absolute Properties

Kenneth was our agent for the Inwood area and he was really great! He really knew Inwood inside and out and explained how the NYC apartment search would go to a T. He was perfect for us as we were just moving into the NYC Area for the first time.
Kenneth worked with us to schedule appointments that fit our weekend only or after normal business hour schedule. He was very reliable and on-​time to our appointments. He was very flexible, even answering us at midnight when we had last minute questions. He really looked out for our needs in an apartment by asking the right questions and showing us a few different styles to really narrow down what we wanted. Kenneth even went above and beyond, driving out to my place of work in Westchester County to complete final application paper work for an apartment that we were ready to move on.
I would definitely recommend Kenneth if you plan on moving to Northern Manhattan!
