Terrible customer service. I noticed it happened to other customers and tonight it happened to me. My order took more than 20 minutes at which point they said they’ve been calling it (they didn’t). They insist they have called my order («4 pieces»), and that they called the order number but it wasn’t my number. For other customers, they called the order number instead of what they ordered, so I felt it was weird they did mine differently. To add insult to injury, they give me two wings instead of two breasts. At no point did I heard «I’m sorry». If this is how they treat customers, might as well close the place. This is one customers that’s not coming back ever.

I like KFC a lot but this spot is disappointing. The chicken breast was very dry and small. I would say the worst chicken breast I had from KFC. Mashed potato was good but too little gravy. The biscuit was kinda cold. I like to have a KFC near me but I wish it could be better than this.

Good chicken popcorn. I’m not sure if it is usually 3.50 for a small popcorn chicken but it was good. I had to go here after eating at a bad bakery to fill me up. Service wasn’t all that great

This is the standard KFC fare, nothing new. What really surprised me and made me add this review was the level of service that I received. All of the staff were very friendly. The restaurant and dining area were probably the cleanest I’ve seen in the city. Most of the time, fast food joints look like a tornado just rolled through with fries on the floor, sticky tables, etc. This place was immaculate. I’d definitely go back if I’m in the area and feel like getting KFC.

As far as fast food fried chicken goes, KFC’s secret blend of herbs and spices is why chickens are raised in the first place. Yum yum yum and yum. All the MTA M106 bus drivers know what I’m saying since they are always in here during shift changes using the facilities. Don’t let the white suit fool you, this guy knows his birds. Every piece has so much great flavor. Breasts, thighs, wings are all savory. The mashed potatoes and cole slaw rounded out the meal superbly. So how bout you treat yourself once in awhile to some great soul food — the Colonels’ way? Forget those trans fat haters. Moderation baby. Buy your bucket of heaven here. BYOB.
