Best massage I’ve ever felt. I’m extremely happy. I will be back very soon. The staff there is very friendly and the environment is extremely clean. The entire process is done very tediously. I was really impressed with the culture and professionalism. I highly recommend this location. If you’re considering it definitely check it out.

Came here after dinner in Chinatown around 10:30 pm with a friend. Me and my friend got a foot massage and it was great with amazing service. They got us water and my friend had a minor stomach ache and they got her a warm pack to put on her stomach. The guy that give me a massage, his name is Mike and he was really good. Also you get an extra 10 minutes on whatever you want if you tag in and you get a free massage for ur birthday as long as you show ur ID :)

Much better than the first place. This is becoming a chain and staying at the same low price and quality.

Nice place, staff is very friendly and polite. The atmosphere is cozy and calm. Great place to relax.

First off, I was not offered any kind of free service or compensation for writing this review, and the people at Kimberly 2 did not approach me to write one.
I went to Kimberly 2 on Saturday May 14, 2016, one week after my wife and daughter went there. Over the past 30 years, I have had periodic massages from time to time from a variety of people who were trained at the Swedish Institute of New York. My long-​time masseur recently retired, and I was a bit hesitant about finding a new masseur. And, I would never think of going to one of the numerous massage places that dot the map in Chinatown.
My wife was craving a massage, and she did her research on Unilocal.She chose Kimberly 2 and dragged my daughter along. They came home raving about it. My daughter said that I have to ask for «Mike», because he was incredible.
I called up and made an appointment for the following week. The person on the phone did not speak English very well, and I don’t know if they understood when I said that i wanted Mike for the massage.
I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment, and they asked me to have a seat. Promptly at 2:00, they ushered me to a small room, where a lady prepared the massage table and asked me to remove my clothes.
I expected Mike to give me the massage, but without a word (other than «Do you want strong massage»), she dove right in. I usually like a massage from a man, as I am not a small person, and I need to feel some strength behind the fingers and hands. But this lady, whose name was «Cindy», was great. She really got into the tightness, and worked on areas that needed proper attention. I was supposed to get 30 minutes of body work and 30 minutes of foot work, but after 30 minutes, she asked me if she could devote 10 more minutes to my shoulders, because she needed to loosen them up more.
When you go to Kimberly 2, don’t expect the creature comforts that you usually get if you go for a massage in an expensive day spa or hotel. The massage rooms are small and sparse. No scented candles. No Kenny G playing from the speakers. But, if you want to get the kinks worked out of your body, then i recommend this place. And, it’s only $ 35 an hour! That’s about a third of the price that more professional masseurs charge.
I will definitely return for more massages here.
By the way … when you go up the stairs to Kimberly 2, a woman from the day spa next door tries to lure you in. Just be aware …

DONT GO HERE If I could give zero stars I would. Made an a appointment for 12. Showed up 15 minutes early. Walked in the neighboring massage place tride to trick me and tell me they are Kimberly massage for all I know they could be. They don’t speak or understand any English. Not full body. Not appointment. Not anytime. Nothing. I’m an advent goer to these types of places so I have a lot of experience. The neighboring place doesn’t have my appointment. Realized they lied to me. Walked into Kimberly spa. Mentioned my name and my appointment 6 people all came out looking at me like I have 5 heads. Simply asked if I can get a full body. All i received were blank stares. Asked again in every way possible… Again blank stares. Left. Glad I tried to get a relaxing massage now I’m annoyed. DONT GO HERE.

Convenient location, pleasant environment and clean rooms. Had tried two therapists. Both are awesome. An hour is all you need.
Been here six times now. Like it. I will try to visit weekly if time allows.

Not sure how these places get universal 5 star reviews. Maybe they pay Unilocal or just write a bunch of fake reviews that Unilocal lets get through. Massage here was ok. Yes it’s affordable but the masseuse didn’t seem greatful at all for a very generous tip. I chose the free cupping which is advertised on Unilocal.This ended up being very scary. It kind of hurt and my back is crazy bruised! These people should warn you about stuff like this. I don’t want to go in for a massage and have a bunch of bruises on my back afterwards! That’s complete nonsense!

Wonderful service and great prices! We each did 30 min foot rub and included hot towels and stones. For $ 18 you can’t beat that. Was a little hot in room, but they offered us water. Found on Unilocal and would go back again.

Second time here. Much needed massage time to get rid of my neck pain. Great experience I’ll be back and recommend this place to my friends.

Excellent service! The location is around the corner but it’s not hard to find.
My boyfriend and I came in for a 30 minute foot rub + 30 minute massage and the prices were extremely reasonable. I accidentally wore tight pants but they were kind enough to give me some shorts so I could enjoy my foot massage.
Everyone is extremely professional and the rooms are clean. The actual massages were perfect; not too hard and not too soft.

The staff reacted quickly to resolve any inconsistencies with scheduling. The quality of the massage was very good and felt very effective in releiving tension.

The therapist actually took my phone to grade himself 5 stars when I showed him the Unilocal check in. I am rewriting this review to be accurate. They don’t speak English well and are co fused about what a Chinese massage is. Had to argue with them to honor the 35 dollar price that is listed on their own wall! My friend liked her massage but had to haggle also. 2 stars as my friend enjoyed the massage. Mine was sub par.
