Kings Infiniti Service Center

I was scared to go here based on the Unilocal reviews because I trust Unilocal.I decided to just go because its close to me. Making an appointment was very easy. They even followed up the day before. I had an oil change and told them to check my brakes because of a noise. They were professional and all went well. The only issue I did have was that they took off my the frame around my license plate and put up a new one with their logo and information but threw my old ones on my back seat. they were dirty and i have white leather so that made me a little angry. Oh and also they didn’t reset my oil change notifications on my car.

Just took my car to get serviced there today. Very rude service. Check worked after done and they completely left the battery cover off and a stray bolt under the hood. Guy said he forgot to put it back and the bolt was from another car. Service manager didn’t even apologize and then they over charged me for the part. Should not happy at any dealership and is unacceptable! I would have driven away with a bouncing battery cover and bolt under the hood! I will report this!!!

Went with a friend to have his less than 2 year old G37 checked out because the car stopped starting and had to be jump started. The rep at the located showed no concern about the issue and said «leave the car if you want and we might get to it tomorrow». When we inquired about getting a loner car we were told that they don’t give loaner cars unless they know what the issue is. We complained about the lack of service and asked to speak to the owner or manager, the owner saw that we were complaining and called the service rep over. The rep then came back and said if we don’t like the options given we can go some place else. I actually went with two friends to get cars from Kings Infinity last year and I regret advising them to do so. The service sucks, they give Infiniti a bad name and do not stand by the cars they sell.

Let me start off by saying I’ve owned a lot of different cars and been to a lot of service centers and I went to Kings Infiniti and I should say my service guy ron was very helpful and put up with all my questions the service manager Rico great guy too and he definitely put up with all my questions which were a lot I can honestly say I was debating on which infinity to go to but I’m glad I made a great choice the guys at Kings Infiniti no this stuff and take care of you nice and fast so I highly recommend these guys if you want to know which service center to go to go to Kings you won’t be disappointed and I could honestly stay there very professional when I first got there I dropped a bottle and it broke in the waiting room they sent three different guys to clean it up and refused to let me do it if that’s not service I don’t know what is

went there for diagnostics because I am 100% sure there was some problem with my steering wheel. they can’t find any problems or I should say they don’t know what to look for… they recommended me to change the whole part since they can’t find what’s causing the problem and charge me $ 2200… I have no choice because they were going to charge me almost 200 for the useless diagnosis. I paid and thinking at least I got my problem solve… that was not the case… problem didn’t fix and they refuse to take ownership… writing this review because I want to save others a trip to go there… it’s not worthy

If you like throwing cash away and like getting rape for minor repair come to this place they’ll get you good quick time, what a joke of a shop really is you go in for a simple oil change and it take 2 hrs and then they come with all these nonsense about your car need this and that which is gonna be in the thousand if you buy and have them repair it when you can go to auto zone and get the same parts w/​o Infiniti brand for way cheaper so before you dish out cash see if you can get the parts at auto zone

Maybe a Walmart opened in this location could revitalize the local economy. Hoping to see anything but this dealership this location.

I’m giving three stars because I didn’t actually go in for service. I’m really trying to avoid the place because of all the bad reviews, which they obviously don’t read.
My review is more about customer service and professionalism. I think they have neither. I called to ask for pricing on a tire. The rep put me on hold and transferred me to Nissan, which left me dumbfounded. At Nissan they were much smarter (sarcastic voice) because they transferred me to another rep at Nissan. I hung up and called again and finally got the Infiniti service rep. She got me the pricing, which was significantly higher than any other place (what gives? I’m an Infiniti customer in a lease). Zero explanation on anything just hardline answers. The rep misinformed me about the policy on tires for returning leased cars.
Advice for business: Hire normal customer service people who aren’t in a rush to get people off the phone by providing misinformation. Stop trying to gouge customers.

If I could provide a negative review I would.. The worse possible customer service I have ever experienced. On top of it all I got this customer service from the head of the service department whose apparently the supervisor. If you wish not to get mislead and lied to I would sincerely urge you to stay away from this location. Other reviews will tell you the same.

I work for an extended warranty company. Do NOT take your car here. I can’t even count how many times we have inspected vehicles at this shop and found out they were lying about repairs, lying about customer complaints etc. We have had multiple cases where they poor oil over an area once they know we are sending an inspector just so their fake failure looks real. Every inspector and every other dealer/​shop in the area has horror stories about this entire auto group. Telling customers they need to replace transmissions when there is absolutely nothing wrong. Shady shop. Shady people. And when you call them out on it their general attitude is «oh well, you caught me, who cares.»

Brought my Infiniti in for a problem with the Air conditioner. I come back the next day to see if it was fixed and I’m told that I need a new stereo system and A/​C unit. I tell them I don’t need their help and they get angry at me. I pay them for their effort and they drive my car up to the front of the building and I notice that my roll of quarters is gone form my center box along with my ipod connector and a few other things. I confront one of the reps who gets the mechanic who stole it to return it to me. The mechanic pulled the ipod connector out of his personal bag. I then see saw bolts all over the floor of the car, I asked if something wasn’t bolted back into place and they tell me there’s nothing to worry about and to leave. They start arguing with me when I question their professionalism, they then bring out the main boss who starts yelling and cursing at me and tells me to «Get the f*ck out of my dealership.» The next day my car didn’t start. This was the worst experience of my life. These people are crooks and italian gypsies who will make you feel like crap, take your money and kick you out of their garage. They all belong in either jail or a cardboard box off the side of the freeway.
