Back in Dec of 2009 I contacted Kurt S Adler for some rubber rings that went around the wheels of a train called the Polar Express. Neatest thing I ever saw. It's still working and brings lots of joy at Xmas time. They sent the part out promptly and didn't charge me even for postage. That is caring customer service. Thank you again 12. Years later.
