This management company is still awful. Finally have to seek counsel to deal with them. 4 property manager changes in 8 months. They are irresponsible and non responsive. Hopefully with the continued track record and reviews from clients — they will slowly but surely lose business and close the doors on a garbage company.

Two months managing my building and being builds for arrears for both months when rent was paid, on time. Called this office with about their error last month, provided copy of cancelled check, and what do they do? Send me an arrears notice for BOTH months. No one answers the phone and no tone to leave a message after. Is this, possibly, a well known form of harassment in NYC to rid the few elderly renters in a now coop building?

This is the worst management company to work with!!! They own and manage my building in Brooklyn and they are horrible. Every bill is incorrect, they are hard to get in touch with, and they fired a wonderful super. If you are considered moving into a building managed by them. DONT DO IT!!!

These people are the absolute worst. If you have a choice — don’t deal with them, don’t do business with them, don’t talk to them.
They own and manage my building in Brooklyn, they are failing to basically to provide any basic service or maintenance.

Our building also hired KW Property Management & Consulting to manage our building a little over two years ago. Their service and personnel is below standards and in my opinion on acceptable. I agree with Kathy’s 2013 review, avoid these people at all cost
