Dr Ky is amazing. She put me at ease, made a potentially embarrassing exam easy. She appears to try to do everything since she is one of the few senior surgeons to take all insurances. Answers emails and calls. I noticed in the waiting room she has some prima Donna patients who are ridiculously demanding and full of themselves. Keep up the good work Dr Ky.

Although there were 4 people ahead of me waiting for their appointment, no calls were made to notify the patients. Upon arrival, one of the patients asked «is she running late AGAIN?». I was told I could wait all day and she could see me, but with 4 others, I decided it not worth my time so I had my copay refunded. Everyone was nice, but All I can say is AVOID HUGE HOSPITALS for routine work. I went to NYU clinic in hell’s kitchen where I was seen right away. Their management needs to stop being so greedy and see the patients they can see.
