This place is awful. Management held each person’s Id at counter. My beer was served in a dingy glass. Each hookah that was ordered was either too strong or tasteless. Just please don’t even waste your time or money.

Horrible. The service was non-existent, the hookah was burnt when it came out, the sangria was never made of grapes. $ 90 for two people for just one hookah and one pitcher of water sangria. STAYAWAY

AVOID Just went in and was told that the policy on the weekends is to charge you 5 $ more for having fresh fruit on the Hookah. Totally wired and unfriendly staff. P. S. A gratuity of 18% is automatically added to your bill!

Zero star. Terrible place. Terrible service. Had a fraudulent practice of minimum one drink per person and maximum two people on one hukkah. The reason was that government wants you to be hydrated! Really! Never go here! Terrible!

So the place definitely deserves more reviews. It’s a nice, quaint, small hookah bar with mid-range priced hookahs(some would find it a bit expensive, and some quite cheap since NYC) and also some nice nick-nacks to eat along the way. The main guy, I dunno if he is the owner or not — Titoo was fun, friendly and a little random at times, but overall all of us had a great time! Try the drink ‘orgasm’, and you won’t be disappointed! Will go this place again if I’m in that area with no other place to run to!

Good, inexpensive hookah($ 15). No frills. Décor isn’t the best but its a comfortable small place with pretty good service. Oh, and there is a 1 beverage minimum so your minimum check will be about $ 25. You can only share with one other person. Its my go-to place. One star missing for décor and sometimes strange music mix.

The hookah was great but it was a little expensive. Be aware of the automatic gratuity and the fact that, on a regular hookah, only two can smoke at the same time. Also, one(expensive) drink is required per person. On Tuesday night, it was slow and mostly quiet. Perfect for hanging back and chatting with friends.

I came here with 2 friends after we had a nice meal down the block. One of my friends is big into hookah, and pretty much just yelled«HOOKAH» and ran in. We followed and found that we were the only ones in the place on a Friday night. The place is nicely decorated, and the service was fine. We got beers, except for my girl who got a mixed drink. She received the wrong drink even though she wasn’t sure at first. When we brought this up they offered to replace it, but not remove it from the check. I’m not sure how you screw that up with one table in the whole place, but whatever. The 1 drink minimum is stupid but pretty common, and they let us slide on the ridiculous«2 people to a hookah» rule. We got their house blend, which included apple and several other fruits. For whatever reason, there was a pineapple on top of the hookah as the bowl. I enjoyed it even though I’m not much of a hookah person, as did my friends. However, it was pricey for what we got, especially compared to other hookah bars who also don’t have so many rules – and ironically have more customers. On the final check, we didn’t know about the automatic adding of gratuity and almost double tipped. This was pretty damned sneaky of them and was only stated at the bottom of the menus, not on the bill. I’m giving 2 stars here as my experience wasn’t wholly bad, but if this place wants more customers then I strongly suggest they stop trying to gouge. I probably won’t be back.
