Ladies Who Launder

We used this service two times earlier this year. The first time, it was a 5… I was SO happy to have them pick up my laundry and return it the very next morning, all neatly folded and packed in leopard print tissue paper! They came at the designated times and it was no problem.
The second time, the service was the exact opposite. We had to wait around all day for them to come pick up the laundry; they didn’t come at the time they said they would. Then several days went by, and no laundry. Contacting them was somewhat problematic, as the first time they said that my drycleaning had been delayed because the machine broke. They did not call to let me know this, while both my laundry and dry cleaning was gone. Then, it didn’t show up the next day like they said it would. Finally, after numerous calls, I finally got my clothes back. I would give this time around a 2 — not a 1, because I did get my clothes back clean.
Overall, I would probably only use this service again if I had a doorman so I didn’t have to wait around for them to pick up and deliver, because it seems like their services can at times be good and at times not.
