Lam Terry MD

I found Dr. Lam after looking forever for a decent primary care provider. My last one was a disaster (completely overcharging me for services that was not rendered) and the one I was looking at prior to finding Dr. Lam tried to get me to put down a 1K deposit prior to seeing me (uh what?). Anywho, I asked a colleague of mine who is their PCP and luckily, I found Dr. Lam.
Dr. Lam’s office is located on the 6^th floor of 80 Bowery. After getting off the elevator, it will be the first office that you see. The receptionist is really nice and completed my initial registration process really quickly. Also, if you have made an appointment with Dr. Lam, you will not need to wake very long (kudos point).
My first impression of Dr. Lam was man, this guy is hilarious. He continuously cracks jokes and made me feel at ease. Even though Dr. Lam created a casual atmosphere, you can tell he knew his stuff and you would given excellent medical care. He seems to truly care for each and every one of his patient and spends a lot of quality time with each of them.
I would refer anyone I know to see Dr. Lam. He made me feel at ease and gave me no problems related to my insurance (I was getting that a lot with other providers). All in all, ¹⁰⁄₁₀!
