Lash Forever Eyelash Extensions

My 16 year old daughter talked me into getting lash extensions and even though my eyes were sensitive to the adhesive, the staff and technicians were amazing!!! They were so courteous and patient with all my questions and concerns from beginning to end. My technician was Annie and she was absolutely lovely. The place is so meticulously clean and tranquil. It was such a relaxing experience that I fell asleep during the procedure. I guess my eyes where a bit sensitive and unfortunately I had to get them removed, but the experience from beginning to end was unbelievable. They were so accommodating when I called in to schedule an appointment for the removal and even asked that I try another set with a sensitive adhesive glue. The customer service they provide at this business is phenomenal. I will definitely try it again. My daughter also had extensions done and fortunately for her she’s had no issues and absolutely loves them and will be returning for touch-​ups. If you are thinking of trying out extensions, this is definitely the place to go!!!

They provided incredible service and the place is clean, elegant, quiet, and relaxing. Starting from the front desk, they treat you with respect and care about how you look and feel. As a first time client, I received 50% off and upgrade to mink lashes. They went through all the length options and styles with me beforehand, which I’ve never experienced before at any other lash extension salon. Annie was patient, sweet, and the application process was quick and I didn’t feel a thing. This may have been the only time I actually fell asleep during the process because it was so calming. Everything, from the lobby to the room where the lashes were applied was impeccably clean, comfortable, and wonderful. I’ll see how long the lashes last, but so far so good! I’m looking forward to coming back many more times in the future.

I have my lashes done by the same person on a monthly basis; I came here when she was unavailable. I literally brought samples of the lashes she normally puts on me to show the technician exactly what I wanted. I declined the ‘mink’ lashes and emphasized that I wanted something thick and dark with substantial volume.
90 minutes later and I the wispiest, saddest lashes I’ve ever seen. When I was paying I explained how upset I was, and was told they look thin because I have ‘baby lashes’. Not only is it rude and unprofessional to blame me/​my appearance; I have had my lashes done for YEARS. They’ve never looked this bad.
Such a waste of money and time.

I have super sensitive eyes and delicate lashes and I swear by this place for years now. (Both locations are great but I prefer the 3^rd avenue spot because there’s a bit more privacy.) I’ve had three technicians and they’re all wonderful. Scheduling can be tricky if you have a favorite technician, but if you’re okay with trying new people occasionally, their hours are great and two locations means you can almost always get in. Their work is AMAZING. Best lashes I’ve ever had, and they were my fourth attempt. Never painful, the lashes stay on super well, and they really work with you to develop the right look. They’ll also tell you if you need to take a break or lighten how much you’re doing for the sake of keeping your lashes healthy. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. The staff is friendly and sweet. The vibe is super relaxing. (I only wish they’d get better pillows lol) Overall, I love this place. I’d never go anywhere else for my lashes. I even moved to Brooklyn and still trek into the city just to go to Lash Forever.

The customer service here is really exceptional and amazing — Sol and Sophie were extremely helpful in sorting out appointments for me during an especially stressful time. I really appreciate their help and that they were understanding and for dealing with me !! Thank you times a million.
The lashes — I am very happy with the way that they look! If you take care of them the way they instruct you to, then they will last. (and don’t pull them out!!!) I have gotten countless compliments on them and how natural they look. Sophie was also really helpful in helping me decide what style and length to get. She helped me decide on the cat-​eye mink and i believe the lengths were 10−11−12. The technician, who i believe was nina, was very meticulous, kind and did a very lovely job.
The Facilities — very clean and taken care of. This is really important to me and I was really impressed.
I am looking forward to (and excited about) giving them my continued business.

i highly recommend this place. This was my first time getting eyelash extensions and so I was super nervous and didn’t know what to expect. The place was really busy which was fine. The reception greeted me as soon as I walked in, took my name to check in. Then the receptionist and the woman doing my lashes consulted me and help me understand thoroughly what I wanted to do and what will be done. Which liked since it was my first time and they put me at ease. I went into another room where there were several beds separated with a little privacy divider. I was laid down comfortably during he whole process that I fell asleep. When I was done she walked me out and was again explained thoroughly the care of the lashes. While I did the lashes for an event I attended, I would definitely go back. Everyone was nice, attentive, and the place was clean.

The salon is so clean and cozy. The staff was caring and helped me pick he perfect size and shape for my lashes. The lash room is quiet and clean… i even fell asleep for a second. They also gave me 50% off since it was my first time! Deff recommend this place!

I LOVE THIS PLACE. It’s a quiet, clean, tranquil respite from the zaniness of Midtown. They are serious about customer service and obviously value the relationship being that their business is all about the comeback. Well I’ve come back 3 times now and I’m thrilled with their service.
I’ve had extensions done elsewhere and this place shames all of them. At the start of my first appointment they recommended a size and style and it’s perfect for the shapes of my eyes and face. They explained the process and took me into the back room and asked me if I wanted to turn on my headphones to listen to music. I actually fell asleep I was THAT relaxed. I loved the final result and went back for a 3 week fill and and fresh new set. I upgrade to the mink, it’s a minimal cost for a huge difference.
They have all of my info on file so they know what I get and I receive handy texts letting me know how long I have so that i can still get refills before needing a full set. They do it right here.
Tip: wait a FULL 48 hours before getting your lashes wet or going into a sauna or steam room. It will make a HUGE difference.

This was by far the worst place I ever went to in my entire life. I have been getting eyelash extensions for quite some time. I purchased a living social voucher for a set of 80 lashes. I have almond shape eyes and when I called to schedule the appointment I was told I could pay additional and get more lashes. Scheduling the appointment was simple. They offered me a 6:40 or 5:30. I opted for the 5:30, which required me to leave work early, but I was excited since I heard amazing things about this place! When I arrived (I walked passed the door twice!) it was 5:36. They still took me so that made me happy. The manager called to confirm and helped me find the location. They are professional the people who work at the front desk.
My consultation aggravated me. The young lady walked over. I told her the length I preferred– 12. She wrote down ¹⁰⁄₁₁ when I specifically asked for 12 curved. I know the length of my own lashes since this wasn’t my first time having this done. I asked if I could upgrade to a set of 120, she said no because they had a 6:40 appointment. Fine, I was 6 minutes late and there was an appointment after. They could have told me that on the phone though. Fast forward, 6:20 I’m completely done.
That was record time for a full set. 35 minutes? When I was finishing my application, the tech didn’t let my right eye fully dry. I asked her to continue fanning my eye. She was annoyed but obliged. My right eye starting burning. I figured because it was not dry. The glue burned my eyes. It smelt like crazy glue. FYI, not even a week later and EVERY lash is out and I’m missing eyelashes. Do not let the fancy décor fool you. Yes, it’s clean but they did such a rush job. When I left I was so upset and went to check out, it was mass pandemonium. I tipped the lady who did my lashes (which would have looked better if I went to CVS and bought a kit myself) because I’m nice.
They called me back and said I owed them 5 bucks for «tax». I was already half way back to Brooklyn so I went back the next day on lunch because I am not a cheap person and I didn’t want to not pay if I was responsible to pay tax. The gentlemen at the desk felt bad when I showed him my scantily lashed left eye. He offered to have them repair the set on the spot Thursday when I went back. I had to leave because I was on lunch and have a strict work schedule. (I work for a deranged maniac circa Devil Wears Prada).
I wasn’t going to review this place on Unilocal but today I was legitimately missing the entire set of 80 (try 4 lashes) they put on me on my left eye. The manager felt bad and handed me a care package. I told him to keep the gift card because I was not coming back. I’m not calling back again to tell them my eyes look like bald eagles. I seriously cannot believe how bad my eyelashes look. The only positive is that the shop is clean. I don’t think the glue they use is anything more than a cheap derivative of eyelash glue. (Crazy glue).
1– tell your staff at check in to remind patrons they are responsible for tax, even if the fine print says it on the voucher so we don’t have to waste time coming back to the shop. 2– stop rushing people in, use quality glue and treat people who purchase a voucher the same way as paying customers. 3– why did you write down my license government issued Id? Insane. Thank goodness I have my EXPIRED license with my maiden name. What kind of gimmick is that?
This was a nightmare. My eyelashes are GONE. Buyer beware. Never ever ever again. I rather stick to my spot on 38^th street in K town. Cleanliness is great but people can have their eyes crazy glued together. Sorry for the truth but this is by far the worst place I ever went to in my entire life.

My first visit was today — and my search is over. I had gone to lash places before in New Jersey so I had some previous experience, having them done for a friend’s wedding event. My birthday was coming up and I wanted to get them again as a treat for myself, and am so glad I came here. They had a great offer for new clients (50% off on the Lash Forever 100 pcs full set package, plus free mink upgrade) so I was eager to try them out. The place is really nice, well-​organized and clean. The other places I went to also caused my eyes to tear up due to the adhesive; but I don’t know if it’s because their glue is less irritating or they just knew how to apply it better. People are knowledgeable and super-​polite. They also don’t try to push you into getting more than what you need; that choice is left to the client and what they want. No funny deals or hassles. I LOVE this place and will come back again and again.
One note on the mink lashes is that they are so much lighter and softer than the regular/​other type of lashes (which I assume are made of synthetic material)…so they feel and look natural. Therefore it costs an extra $ 30 to upgrade but well worth it. Make sure to take advantage of their new client deal; once you’re a regular they also offer additional discounts the more you go. I cannot wait to come back and try their «cat eye» version! Hands down, this place is superb, and as much as I tried not to get addicted to lash extensions again, this place just threw that out the window. My lash technician was Sean and he did and amazing job.
Just a few last notes: 1) The other places I have gone to have asked for clients to sign waivers, that they will not be responsible for allergic reactions or eye damage ad a result of lash extensions applied, so I was surprised about that as well (as you know, anyone will sue for anything these days). Again, maybe they never had an issue and are fully confident in the safety of their services. But if you have never done this before it may be good to ask what rights/​protection you have, or ask if they can do an allergy test. 2) Make sure you go to the ladies’ room before the procedure, or otherwise do not drink any liquids. You will need to be lying down (very still) with your eyes closed from 45 mins to an hour and a half… I had forgotten about that small caveat and trust me, it’s no fun to have to hold it in for that long. Good luck, I highly recommend this place and hope you love it as much as I do!

I always wanted to get lash extensions but heard too many times that it damages your natural lashes which held me back. After much research, I came to Lash forever based on reviews of their other location and I don’t regret! I won’t be looking for a new place ever. I’ve been getting it for a little over 3 months regularly. They look amazing and people think I just have amazingly full lashes and can’t believe it’s extensions. I don’t even wear makeup when I have them on.
I just had them removed to take a break because I feared I was losing my own lashes but I still have all of my lashes with absolutely no damage.
All the staff are really professional and friendly. The first time 50% off deal is amazing and they offer discounts as you continue to get it. Some friends said it’s a little pricey but you get what you pay for. They do such a good job it’s worth it.
I’m sure everyone is good here but out of few technicians I’ve tried, Annie’s work seems to last extra long! But whoever is working on my lashes, they are so gentle I barely feel anything so I take the best nap while getting it.
I’ll be going back here always!

Excellent service, great quality of lashes and the variety of lashes. Beautiful facility, professional technicians and the returning customer discounts — bring me back every two weeks to do a touch-​up.
I was not a believer but now I totally am. It’s expensive but for the person who absolutely hates mascaras — this is an excellent option.
Tip: the care instructions says to not get the lashes wet for 24 hours, I would advise you to make it 48 hours. So much less shedding throughout the first week if you do that.
I used the snorkeling mask (yes I know) to take a proper shower.

I genuinely hate writing bad reviews and wouldn’t write this if I wasn’t disappointed twice. First of all I have to say the staff who works there are nice and welcoming but the extensions I got (twice) were good for a day or two. I’ve had eyelash extensions in several places in New York. I wanted to give this place a try because of the amazing Unilocal reviews which don’t let me down usually. I had 80 piece eyelash extensions with the mink upgrade. All of it and I mean ALL OF IT fell off in 5 days. I explained this to them and they just told me to get a one week touch up. I really wasn’t into trying it again but also wanted to like this place, I went one more time. Why I’m giving two stars is because of this, I was late since I got stuck in the train and they didn’t cancel my appointment, they were helpful. Then during the session (again, me being late probably had a role in this but…) something painfully pricked my nose. It was a sharp tool they use during the extensions. Since my eyes are closed all the time I don’t know what that is. She was very sorry and people make mistakes, I didn’t make a big deal out of it. I was totally willing to let everything go if my eyelashes actually stayed this time. No, again, only 5 days. I give up on this place and will go to my former place again.

The eyelashes are absolutely beautiful. Application painless and comfortable. Very accommodating and friendly staff with a very peaceful room to get your services done. I love the look and quality.

Amazing experience — both the service and the end result of the eyelashes were great. It was my first time ever getting my eyelashes done, and the employees were very attentive, friendly and accommodating. They patiently walked me through the process, asking me questions about what I’m looking for and giving me recommendations to make sure I would be 100% happy. I ended up getting the J curl, natural, length 11 — I was looking to go longer but the lady recommended 11 and I’m so glad I listened to her. 12 would’ve been a bit much for my face but 11 is just perfect!
So after a short and sweet consultation, I walked into a room where I was told to lay down and they put a very soft, fluffy, clean white blanket on top of me. I guess it was to entice me into taking a nap while they worked their magic. Well it worked, and I was able to fall asleep for about an hour which is saying a lot since I usually don’t feel comfortable sleeping with someone all up in my face. I’m a bit nervous when it comes to people touching my eyes especially. This just proves how extremely gentle the whole experience was, it was as if no one was even doing anything; I just felt light wisps of the lady’s finger tips once in a while. You can tell through the little details that they just want to make you feel comfortable and happy with their service.
It’s been about a week now, and I literally have not put on ANY eye make up since. There’s just no need! Love it. Go here.

Got a chance to come back and get a new full set on my eyes and so far I’m lovinggg it so much and so far they’re keeping put on my eyes really well this time!
I previously wrote how I loved how the everything of the place looks and feels really nice, clean, comfortable and luxurious with awesome high-​end quality products stocked in the bathroom with great relaxing music selection but wasn’t 100% satisfied with the results. But I’m very impressed with their excellent customer service for having me give them a second chance which I’m much happier about ! Customer service is a big thing to me and they won that too! This time Lash Forever gave me a full thorough consultation on what might work better with my eyes and taste, so we went for somewhat the same style but a semi-​cat. I’ll be looking forward to always getting my lash services done here and even checking out their original location! Thank you Paul & Lash Forever for the pretty new set of eyes!

As a first timer this was a great experience.
They consulted me on number of lashes and lash size based on my eye shape. I was a bit nervous at first about being too dramatic but they really did a great job with only a bit of a curl towards the end. They look so natural!
The process was relaxing, I was very comfortable and the results are awesome.

I was FLOORED when I first visited the Third Avenue location. Absolutely gorgeous! The elevator opens up to a beautifully appointed waiting room and Paul and team are always gracious and professional. As mentioned in a previous review, the bathroom is stocked with luxury products and they even have two other stations for primping if needed! This location is bigger and better than the other one!
The room where we actually get your lashes done is also improved– they’ve added wall separations for privacy, and the beds were comfortable– even with my pulled back muscle! A soft instrumental lulls you to sleep in the background while snuggled in a frilly blanket. Truly a girly girl’s paradise. And then you wake up to whole new you, with beautiful lashes that last!
