Lizard Lounge

Free chips n salsa with a ‘skinny margarita’… powerful drink; good bartender. Guessing this place gets rocking, but came in before the masses vacate their cubicles … second visit.

Nice place. It was early when we went so it was slow. Nice big place. Good atmosphere.

I really like Lizard Lounge for an easy going drink with Chips and Salsa.
The lack of a Happy Hour always irks me as I work right around the corner. So I always skip it and go to Three Monkeys next door.
Interesting Salsa lessons downstairs. I guess if you are into something different and happen to be in the Midtown West area, this place is a good go-​to.

Using Unilocal again to find the best bar in the area, we struck gold!
The atmosphere was awesome! This would be my go-​to bar if I was a local. Three floors of excitement and an excellent menu! They even provide free chips/​salsa at the bar.
Right as you walk in, there is a large bar with stools, which we decided to sit at and have a drink. We were planning on visiting a number of bars in the area but ended up staying! We tried their mango, coconut, pineapple and strawberry flavored mojitos… and all were excellent — definitely had that proper muddled taste! I think Mojito’s are the most delicious beverage, so it was interesting to try them with different flavors.
Upstairs had salsa music and free dance lessons. Downstairs had a dance club. The main floor had a great décor and overall atmosphere as well; the bar at the front and dining in the back. The music was upbeat and service was decent.

I love this place! Great atmosphere and strong drinks… good music both downstairs and upstairs although we stay on the main level. My boyfriend and I come here often to sit at the bar for a marg or mojito if we’re in the area/​are taking visitors near Times Square. The two bartenders are always extremely nice & give us yummy chips w/​our drinks.

This place was fabulous! Went here for salsa lessons in the upstairs area. Had a blast! Watch out for the margaritas… they’re killers! If you’re a lightweight, one will do you in for sure. The atmosphere is fantastic. Overall great place. Will definitely have to do dinner here one night.

Restaurant upstairs, bar dance area downstairs. Nice southwest atmosphere.
Food and desserts are good. recommend the quesadillas and guacamoles.
Good place for friends gathering… or after work parties.
