This is an amazing hidden gem in Chelsea! I Had a Birthday/​Business event there last week and was very pleased! The A/​V features are awesome– many different lighting scenes to choose from, theres a full wall projector screen which can showcase anything you need. The kitchen is modern with good counter space. And the back room area is the perfect setup for a bar. The space is the perfect size and ambiance for whatever type of event you want to have. ALL of my guests were anxious to know how I found this space!
The coordinator was extremely helpful through the whole booking process and was there throughout my entire event which helped me out a bunch!
I would def recommend using Loft 227 for your next event!

Had a great event at this space. They have a sponsorship program for artists that are non-​profit or fiscally sponsored, which is amazing. Everyone was very helpful, and the space is very versatile, with the ability to change light colors, arrange furniture, set up slide shows, videos, etc. I would highly recommend this space to anyone hosting an event for around 60 people.

Great space. Chill owner and event coordinator. The event coordinator stayed throughout the night. I was able to visit the venue a few times before the event to make sure everything was setup. The tech was key since I needed an A/​V system to put on a dance… it went great. We weren’t pushed out of the venue, we weren’t rushed. We had 50 people at the event and it was perfect. thanks!!!

The space is perfect to fit from 75 to 125 people comfortably. the walls are white and the kitchenette is up to date and not in the way, the space is open for dancing or casual talking and they have a projector to have images on the white wall as well as a TV in one part of the loft for others to see a movie or just project images or words (whatever you want to use it for). I love a concept of white walls in a loft, it let’s you do whatever you want and it immediately pops out!
The space was called well with the a/​c system. We danced, we laughed and we enjoyed ourselves!
This is a place I will be keeping in mind for small events in the future! Really loved the black board on the entrance of the door where the host can leave a message to quickly identify the place where the party is at!

This is an awesome event space just north of Chelsea (some would still consider it IN Chelsea) that holds a good amount of people comfortably. It is very modern, spacious, has a kitchen area, one pull-​down screen for videos, one tv screen, and hook-​ups for audio. The event space management will even plug your phone number into the buzzer system so you can let each person up. Would absolutely recommend booking this space for parties and events. There is only one bathroom (it’s big though), so if you’re pouring heavy on the drinks, expect to create a short line. :)

Excellent event space! I would highly recommend this for events, parties, meetings, etc. I held a focus group here last week, and it could not have worked out any better.
Staff: Robin, Scott, and all their staff were extremely helpful. They arranged a time I could come before, gave me a complete walk through, and all the info I would need to run a smooth event.
Space: The space is great! Spacious, plenty of furniture that can easily be moved and rearranged. They have colorful lights that can be adjusted with many color options, creating a nice mood and atmosphere. Plenty of seating, with couches that seat up to 16, plus about 80 folding chairs. About 10 tables that open up, complete with nice black table clothes.
Electronics: They have a mounted TV at one end of the room, and a projector screen at the other. Wireless connection to give a presentation on one screen, and upload a photo stream to the TV. Great sound system.
Serving Ware & Kitchen: Fully-​stocked kitchen with counter space, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and all types of glassware, plates, silverware, etc.
All my attendees remarked at how they loved the space, and asked how I found it. I’d highly recommend Loft 227 for any event, and look forward to holding more events there! Thanks again to Loft 227!
