Had a terrible time working with Loftwood management — very disorganized. Did not honor contract terms and I ended up canceling my event midway through the evening.
My hired entertainment also told me that some of their equipment was stolen between the time of equipment setup and event commencement.
The venue is inexpensive but I would recommend paying the premium for professionalism — there are many options in NYC.
