Dr Beshar and his office provide top quality service with top notch dental care which leverages the most current and advanced techniques as well as a warm office environment. My first appointment with Dr Beshar started with a comprehensive intake interview by Dr. B himself, in which he discussed my past dental and medical history, my concerns for my teeth, as well as his practice, history, and dental philosophy. I always feel that I am being heard by Dr Beshar and that he truly has my best interests at the top of mind when he sees me. I have been a patient of his for 3+ years and have recommended his services to several family members who recently moved to the city.

Dr. Beshar and the entire team are fabulous. The office is efficient, professional and personable. Most of all the quality of the dental services is top drawer. I recently had major work, including sedation dentistry. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the care I received and the caring attitude that came along with the surgery.

Both my girlfriend and myself had our cleanings performed by the hygienist Lyuba today. The experience was amazing. The nifty little x-​ray device they have make taking oral rads a painless experience. She really took the time to check each tooth and I was even allowed to pick the flavor of the polish (lemon merengue… yum). Overall, it was a really good experience and I will definitely be back in 6 months.

Dr. Beshar has been my dentist for 20 year and has always joked that my teeth are «boring,» I was blessed with no dental problems. That changed dramatically on May 5, 2015 when I was thrown over the handlebars of my bike and landed face-​first on the street. My mouth hit first and both of my front teeth were broken, one completely in half, ruining my previously «perfect» smile. My partner called Dr. Beshar’s office immediately and he and his staff let us know that they would make time for me as soon as I was able to get there. Fortunately, I was well enough to see them the next day and the treatment I received warrented 10 stars. Not only was everyone tremendously empathetic and compassionate, but the work that Dr. Beshar and Linda did to provide me with temporary front teeth was beyond incredible. In looking in the mirror I could not even tell that I wasn’t looking at the exact same «perfect» teeth I had two days before. I will be returning in a few weeks when my mouth has fully healed for my permanent replacement teeth but I can’t imagine them looking any better than what I have right now. I have enthusiastically recommended Dr. Beshar to friends, family and colleagues for years, but now will do so having first-​hand experience with his expertise in what was for me a very traumatic situation. Thank you, Dr. Beshar, Linda, Daniel and Lubna — you are truly the best.

I recently moved to Manhattan and was in need of a go to dentist. Whether it was a standard cleaning, exam, or cosmetic work I was made aware and informed of everything that was occurring. It has been the best dentistry experience I have had in my entire life. Everyone in the office goes above and beyond to make you feel as if you have been a member of their family for years. I am so glad that I was able to find Dr. Beshar’s office! I could not have picked a better dentist, and I have to thank Google Plus for making that possible!

I had such a great experience recently with Dr. Beshar that I felt I needed to share. A 21-​year-​old French girl staying with us fell and broke 3 of her front teeth. Naturally, she was horribly distraught. We made an appointment with Dr. Beshar who came highly recommended from a close friend.
He first calmed her down by detailing his experience treating similar cases (along with a healthy dose of humor mixed in). Then he gave us 3 options, along with the pros and cons of each as well as the cost. Despite it being a difficult case, the result of the treatment was fantastic! Her teeth looked perfect!
Everyone in the office was a pleasure to deal with from the first phone call through the last visit. I highly recommend Dr. Beshar.

I’m not going to go into detail explaining the horror story that has been my dental experience for the past few years, but I will say that it has been quite painful (in every way from literal to financial). I chose Dr. Beshar’s office because it is convenient to my office and because I read that positive reviews from people who also had bad experiences with other dentists (unfortunately, these reviews aren’t on Unilocal,but you can find them on zoc doc and on his website).
Dr. Beshar listened attentively to my concerns, answered questions, and has done a miraculous job fixing work that was done poorly by other dentists (yes, plural). I’ve also been incredible grateful for Daniel, the office manager, who has worked closely with me in order to maximize my insurance benefits while minimizing my out of pocket cost. I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Beshar’s office and recommend it to anyone searching for a dentist!

Dr. Beshar said we insisted he did something he didn’t wish to do, which is a completely false statement. If Dr. Beshar is serious in running his business, it pays to listen to his patients’ feedback rather than coming up with excuses. If we had any idea what to do, we would not have let him sat us down for the entire visit and confused us to no end with his confusing messages like «Don’t listen to the experts, don’t even listen to me.» Interestingly world view but we came to you because we trust your opinion, who should we listen to if not yours? How can we put ourselves in your hand if we don’t trust you?
Also, we did not express anger, we merely described some of our negative experiences with previous dentists (don’t we all have horror stories with dentists?) No idea why Dr. Bershar tried this spin this one as well. Not cool.
Again, I do not wish our experience on anyone, hopefully this is an isolated instance and maybe Dr. Beshar just wasn’t in his element that day. But if that’s the case, I would expect any professional to take feedback seriously and take the opportunity to improve things rather than spinning it.

Dr. Beshar is a fantastic dentist! I have been seeing him for 30 years, and he has done everything for me, from fixing my bite and curing my jaw pain, to crowns (including fixing a faulty crown done by another dentist), to Invisalign, to cosmetic dentistry. After chipping my front teeth, he made me gorgeous veneers that perfectly matched my teeth and did not look overly large or white or fake, like most veneers do. No one even can even tell I have veneers, not even my own family or people I have known for years. But my teeth look so much better! He has an aesthetic that cannot be taught. He is an artist as well as a great dentist. He is also very fair and honest, and I trust him completely. I see that Eddie Z. had a very negative comment about Dr. Beshar, but I don’t think that is typical. Dr. Beshar is lively, funny, and very friendly and talkative, but he also listens and is caring and empathetic. He is a very talented and knowledgeable professional. In addition, all the people who work in the office are wonderful and very friendly, and Dr. Beshar and his office staff use all the latest technology. Luba the hygienist is gentle yet extremely thorough. Daniel, the office manager, will submit receipts to your insurance for you and remind you of appointments by text, email or phone calls, whichever is your preference. Linda, Dr. Beshar’s assistant, is kind, funny and competent. The office is a very warm and wonderful place! I highly recommend Dr. Beshar.

I’ve been going to Dr. Beshar for a few years now and he is awesome! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and I always feel comfortable. And of course, the dental work is always great!

Dr. Beshar and his staff are combating decades of inadequate and poorly planned dental work. We have a very detailed plan and they save me money by not including garbage I don’t need. I would have saved tens of thousands of dollars and a lot of pain if I’d found them sooner.

He’s so personable and the office isn’t your traditional dentist office where you dread going. He and his staff make it your stay a pleasing one. You can get texts reminders of your appointments, which comes in handy IMO. If you need a dentist, try him out. Now I don’t mind getting check ups twice a year!!!

Look no further– This is as good as it gets!
