I recently did the 28 Day Spring Total Reset program and LOVED it! It was jam packed full of gorgeous recipes and healthy tips, and I received daily inspirational emails of different topics, which were great because it didn’t feel like I was given the program and then left to fend for myself(it was an online package, rather than one on one coaching). Marissa organised it really well and has obviously put a lot of hard work and love into designing a great program that makes you feel and look great. There were weekly meal plans and shopping lists which I love, because trying to come up with recipes yourself can be daunting! Highly recommend working with Marissa :)

I have always considered myself relatively healthy but once I hit 30 my body started to change. I did a search on nutrition and wellness and started following a few blogs, including«Where I Need to Be». That is how I discovered MWAH! After being an avid follower of this blog for several months I finally decided to invest in my health and hire a health coach, and the obvious selection for me was Marissa of Marissa’s Well-being and Health. I felt like I already knew her really well because she is so open about her own journey and it was something I could relate to. What I like most about Marissa is that she’s different than other health coaches and nutritionists because her approach is truly holistic and less focused on weight loss. It’s more about becoming a healthy person from the inside out, eating whole foods and knowing what is right for my body. Marissa’s blog also has a never ending supply of delicious, easy-to-make recipes, tips on how to maintain your energy level naturally, and one of my favorite features is «healthy hot spots» where different restaurants in the city are highlighted and she teaches you how to order healthy options, even if you go to a steak house! MWAH! has helped me restore confidence in the kitchen and continues to be a great resource for inspiration on a daily basis. Marissa is not only my health coach but has now became a very dear and trusted friend.
