Masters of Assembly

I don’t often write reviews, yet am compelled to do so for this fantastic team. They went above and beyond — were timely, professional, neat and pleasant. All at a fantastic price point. I was hesitant to hire strangers via the internet and allow them into my home — but I could not have been more pleased with this team. I am no longer hesitant to purchase furniture that requires assembly — I now know who to call! (fyi, they did the shopping, delivery and assembly for us – the full gamut, and were top notch in all areas).

I hired these guys to do my Ikea shopping and delivery — I didn’t have anything assembled but I can say their service was AWESOME. They called early in the day to confirm and then let me know they were running a little late because of traffic.
I thought it was a little sketch that they didn’t need any money upfront to do my Ikea shopping for me but sure enough, they showed up, dropped everything off in my apartment, showed me the receipt and added their super reasonable fee on the spot.
Highly recommended service!

I tried to arrange delivery and assembly with these guys. It turned out they don’t have insurance which is required by my building. I tried to find a way to work it out but they abruptly denied any service to me. Don’t expect overly friendly customer service here.

The masters are exactly that! Masters!!! Such great guys who are amazingly fast, adept and skilled. The whole service is wonderful and do reasonably priced. I could not recommend them more highly!

Masters of Assembly came to my apartment to assemble and mount to the wall an Ikea wardrobe.
PRICE: excellent rate. I compared to the Amazon home services quotes I received.
WORK: The men worked quickly and efficiently and did the job in about an hour and a half. The tall 90″ wardrobe was properly secured to both the wall and the existing wardrobes I already had in place. They even tightened the screws on the ones that I previously purchased. When they left, they brought all the packaging to our basement recycling.
I would both recommend and would not hesitate to use again.

I didn’t expect that such young company can do such good service. they assemble furniture scrupulously. they are very responsible and know their job very well.

These guys were great; I called on them twice for huge purchases and assemblies (filling up a whole 2BR apartment). There are so many good things about them but my favorite is probably how quick they were to be in touch and stay in touch — if I had any question about where things were, or wanted to add to or change something on the list, I got an email right back. Never had to wonder what was going on. Huge confidence booster when using a new service. I will definitely use them again.
Some other good things:
–They were willing to (and did) go to three different Ikea stores to try to get everything on my very long list
–They showed up right on time for the assembly and worked skillfully and fast to get everything done quickly and to a high standard. We have been living with the furniture for a few weeks now and everything is still perfect
–Their prices are way better than 3 – 4 other competitors I talked to
–They were able to fit me in more quickly than the others too.
–No surprise after their email responsiveness but the guys who came in person to do the work were super sharp, timely, polite, careful, friendly.
My guess is they are just starting out and they will end up getting busier — but for now these guys feel like the gem of the market. Give them a call, you’ll be glad you did.
